Bone Dry Roofing

They did a very good job. The quality of their job is very good. They cleaned up after themselves. We go bids from 4 companies and they were pretty knowledgeable. They explained everything. The sales guy came and gave me the quote. They were good and so was the price. They were very reasonable and responsive.

Set up an appointment for estimate. Once that was done, a Bone Dry representative worked with our Insurance damage estimator and more money was appropriated to do the work. On the day the work was scheduled, the Bone Dry technician arrived early. He was professional in his appearance and workmanship. The power had to be disconnected in order that he might do some work around the power riser. Once that was done, he stopped working in one spot and did that spot so that I could call the power company to get things hooked back up.

Angie's List does it again. We had read about Bone Dry going above and beyond and they did on this job. My husband called Bone Dry Friday evening and received a call back within an hour. An appointment was made for 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 1. Chad Lushin listened to my husband's comments about access to the roof and reassured him there would be no problem. Chad arrived a bit before 9:30, looked at the water damage and the access to the roof and decided to go onto the roof from the outside of the house. He found the leak was caused by a deteriorating seal around the vent pipe for the bathroom. He replaced that seal and another around the second vent pipe. He showed us a photo of the bad seal. When we asked the cost, he said no cost because it had taken him so little time to do the job. He answered questions we had about the condition of the roof (good) and gave a general estimate for a replacement when that time comes. He also gave a suggestion about saving up for the roof job which made a lot of sense. He said to call if we had any other problems and gave advice about the ceiling staining. Kilz to stop mold and mildew. No repairs are needed. We definitely will contact Bone Dry when we need any other work done.

They came very quickly and the individuals were very nice. They are very respectful and professional. They do good work.

I called to get a quote on replacement of shingles. After a few delays, they came out and did an estimate, $270. I called the next day to schedule them to come out but they didnt have the paperwork and said they would call me back. They never called and I was not confident they would get the work done in a reasonable time so I found another company to do the work. I never booked them or scheduled a time. Then nearly 2 weeks later a guy shows up at my house unannounced to do the work. A neighbor said he walked around my house for a while, left a note in my mailbox and left. I called the company and said I had not scheduled any work and had found someone else to do it. Then the next morning the guy shows up again to do the work. I wouldnt care except that I was working nights and he called my cellphone and woke me up. Bone Dry, if you are reading this, you need to work on your office communication, courtesy to your customers and the way you schedule your work. I recommend not signing anything with this company unless you add a date for completion on the form. They were not realistic with me on when it would be done. The guy who came out made it sound like they would charge me if I had signed anything, regardless of how long it took them to get around to it.

Aside from them being a little late (They got lost), the work was quick and tidy. The only issue I had was that my gutter started leaking the next day because where the new roof joined with the old they had forgotten to caulk down part of the roof. However, I won't hold it against them because I called the company and within 30 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem and things have been fine since them. The price for the repair was reasonable, I am pleased with the work and would have no problem recommending them in the future.

What a great experience. Jim and Tammy went well beyond my expectations. The job was completed very fast. Clean up was great. Finished project looks better than expected.

They are very good, they were just the most expensive and we decided to go with someone cheaper. They were just hard to get ahold of and come out and give us an estimate, which was the same with every other roofing we called.

We had two problems. The first problem was a down spout that vibrated when the wind blowed at just the right angle. This has been a recurrent issue. When the man from Bone Dry came to give me an estimate for the work, he looked at the down spout and determined that it had become detached from the brick. He wrapped a bracket around the down spout and attached it on each side rather than behind and fixed the problem right then. He did not charge me for this either. So far this is holding the down spout in place. The second problem we noticed was a water mark on the wall in our master bathroom. It was determined that water was collecting in the gutter and then getting up under the shingles. There was a gap between the gutter and our ice and water shield so it was determined that a custom drip cap be installed along that length of roof. I agreed to have the work done and the next week the work team came and did the installation. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They called before they came, and they arrived when they said they would. We will definitely use this company again if we have have roofing needs in the future.

It was a big job and it went well. There were a couple of issues, but they were very good about coming back. I appreciate that.

All the three interactions I have had with them were good. He gave me a detailed description. Since I was not going up he could have told me something that was not there, but he did not. A week prior to that, a guy came to give me a quote for gutter flaggers to prevent squirrels in the attic. The guy spent about 30 minutes with a ladder and looked at every inch of my gutters. He also told me that I did not need that work done. Many years ago I had a crash in my attic and there was a water leak. The guy from Bone Dry Roofing Inc told me that it was not a roofing problem but a plumbing problem. They did not charge us anything for all the three visits. All the guys that came were extremely knowledgeable and professional. If I have a roofing job, it will be with Bone Dry.

Bone Dry was one of several companies we contacted for quotes to repair a leaky roof. They were professional, very responsive, and were able to do the repair just a few days after we contacted them. It only took them a few hours from arrival to clean-up and all along the way they were patient with our questions and even took time to talk us through each part of the repair. They did a great job of clearning up before they left, too. We would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone needing roofing or repairs.

Great! Rain delayed the scheduled day of work, but they arrived first thing the next morning and by the evening we had a new roof. They left no debris behind and were very careful to not ruin any of our landscaping. Only negative, we received an invoice in the mail a few days afterwards with an extra $250 of charges for wood replacement. Would have been nice if they would have notified us the day of, not like we can go back and check that now. Otherwise an overall good experience.

The initial visit from the salesperson was scheduled beforehand and he arrived promptly. Despite it being a rainy morning, he went on the roof to view the actual problems cited by the inspector, took photos to show us what was wrong, and provided an estimate that was quite reasonable. Since extensive work was not needed, there was no set appointment time for the repair, but an approximate date when the technician was expected to do the work (in between bigger jobs). It ended up happening much sooner than we expected, with a call beforehand to verify we would be expecting him, and the work was done quickly and without any complications.

An inspector looked over the roof, stated that it was in good shape. The missing shingles were replaced, caulking was done and exposed nails were sealed.

I'm somewhat handy, so I went with the worker, Kevin, up on the roof. We removed the flashing from the skylight and flipped the rubber gasket to the outside where it belonged. Kevin felt confident this would solve our issue. I was actually not charged a penny for them to come out! Kevin was here for over an hour and offered some very helpful information. I was impressed that he completed the simple fix without any cost!

The first time he came out he could not determine what the problem was because of the snow. He came back out the second day and cleaned off the leaves and found them to be the problem for the water. Then he called a week later, when it was raining, to make sure he was right. This was the problem and he fixed it for us free of charge.

They were excellent. We had no complaints. The workers were great. Some of them were Hispanic but the supervisor knew how to communicate with them. We didn't really see the workers because they were on the roof. We dealt with the supervisor. They were great. The quality of work was excellent. They did a superb job. They cleaned up after themselves and did leave a mess at all. We would definitely recommend them.

They are excellent and I have no complaints.

I discovered a leak in several places in the guest bedroom ceiling. Bone Dry Roofing sent out sales rep, Grant Casteel. He climbed onto the roof and took pictures of area with the problem which showed that the nails had been improperly installed which was causing the leak. He explained the problem and what needed to be done. He also climbed into the attic to look if the insulation was wet. I received a separate estimate for the insulation, however, at this time I have only repaired the roof. After I agreed the estimate, I did not hear from Bone Dry Roofing for 11 days and when I called again, they immediately returned my call and apologized as they had written down the wrong phone number. I spoke to Jessie on Friday, 3/11/11, and he arranged to come and do the work the next morning. I appreciate that once I found out the reason for the lack of communication, they immediately contacted me and completed the work. I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing as a professional and good company to work with.

No problems. We had a leak after the ice storm in February. They were able to come to our house and give an estimate about three days after I called them. At that time, we were told it would be about 10 days before they could do the repair. However, it was only a week or less that they came out and completed the repair. We called Bone Dry for this repair since they had installed a new roof for us in 2006.

Bone Dry Roofing's price was fair. They did a good job and were quick. They offer multiple services such as drywall and painting as well but their painting bid was too high. They did not overprice the insurance and we did not have to do a call back on them.

They were very good. I like how prompt they were. They are very good at communicating with me.

We were very pleased. They responded quickly and took care of the problem right away in a very skilled and professional manner.
