They did excellent work, they gave excellent serivce, and great prices.

We had an estimate about two weeks prior. The person doing the estimate showed us a picture he had taken from the roof and the damage. He explained what he was going to have the repair man do and what the cost would be. He said that the shingles , being new might be a little different color for awhile. The repair man called and scheduled to come out the next week. He was there very close to the time he had mentioned. I showed where the area was located. He was very aware of the situation and was finished in a little over an hour. He had thought it might take two hours. I was very pleased with work and the worker. The company had previously put on the roof we have about 9 years ago. The repair is so good you can hardly tell where it was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They do a great job.

I was very happy with this experience. The crew was very efficient in there work. They brought over twenty employees and were done four hours. I was very impressed with them and I would recommend them to anyone. There prices were very reasonable. After they were finished they cleaned everything up nicely.

The service was good. I haven't had any leaks or problems with the roof since they replaced it. They didn't follow the contract in putting in the vent system. I wanted to replace the vent system the same way it was. They came in and put in a long ventilation system which wasn't what the contract stated.

Bone Dry gave us a proposal on roof replacement on August 18,2011. They agreed to use Landmark premium shingle for replacent. Emailed contract back to John Moore. John Moore came out to our house to drop off color samples. My wife asked him how could she tell if shingle was Lankmark Premium they were installing. John Moore said information was on shingle. John Moore contacted us today and said Bone Dry would not honor proposal

They did a fabulous job. You would almost never know that they had to replace at least a third to a half of the bricks. They matched it so well that you could not tell it had been rebuilt. I would definitely recommend bone dry. They are really good. They were very responsive and kept the site very clean. They did a beautiful job and their prices are in line with their competitors. I will use them again in the future.

Replaced roof, some guttering and soffit vents. Only sticking point was soffit vent took several weeks and several trips to get correct. Would use again.

Greg Witcher came out and went over with me what I was needing done, and then explained to me what his company could and would do. He was very professional and represented his company very well. I ultimately chose to go with a different contractor, on the basis that certain features on the job estimate were upgrades from the standard base estimate; while on other contractor estimates they were already included. The estimate was fair and right in line with other contractor estimates. Greg was very attentive and punctual, got an estimate emailed to me within 24 hours. I would call this company again and consider them again. Overall a very good experience. As far as advertising, I have seen their signs on mailings, vehicles and on angies list.

After our chimney was repaired, Bone Dry Roofing came about a week and a half later to replace the shingles and flashing that had to be removed to repair the chimney. I was afraid that the shingles wouldn't match what was already there and especially afraid of the flashing being of the bright silver type. But to my great relief the shingles matched and the flashing was of a color that matched the bricks in the rebuilt chimney. It is beautiful!

It never happened. They did not return with an estimate and after followup from my end did not respond.

Installed in about 7 hour's, crew also cleaned up before they left.The ridge vent is supposed to improve air flow & help keep house cooler.A manager came by a few day's later to check on their work.We are pleased with the work & will have them come back and add insulation to further help keep heating & cooling cost's down.

They were quick to schedule an appointment to examine the roof (during a miserable heat wave!) and make an estimate. Greg was very helpful, explained what needed to be done, and explained options on venting, shingle choices and so forth, and came by twice with samples to help us make our choice. The team showed up on time and completed the job the same day (except for a couple of roof caps that they completed the next day). They are very good about working with insurance claims and were more knowledgeable than we were about how claims are estimated/computed. We hope to not need a roofer again for a long time, but will definitely recommend Bone Dry to other folks in the market.

Good response overall. Estimate was timely after phone request. Follow up to schedule and performance of actual repairs were done in good time. Workmen were professional and polite.

The quality of the work was very good and the people who handled the scheduling were fine. However, it took several contacts to get an estimate and the initial estimate was written incorrectly. After completion some siding that was taken down was left in the yard and it took several phone calls to get the siding put back up. Since then, there has been no contact from Bone Dry to see if they actually completed the job (They did). They are not very good at returning phone calls. That being said, I would probably use them again but I don't see that they are outstanding. If I were making a recommendation, I would say that you will get excellent quality work but you have to keep following up and calling them back.

Had hail damage to my roof and needed new roof. Bone Dry was rated high on Angie's list, several of my neighbors had used them & they are well known in Indianapolis. Called them and they sent Greg Witcher who came out very quickly. He looked the roof over thoroughly and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me over a short period of time, always answering my phone calls and questions right away. I decided since they were very close to what the insurance company was giving me that they were a good choice. Within a week or so, they came out on a Saturday. Mike Arnett brought a team of 15 guys who stripped my old roofing off in one morning with very little damage to my extensive gardens around the house and it was very hot that day. Then in the afternoon they reinstalled dimensional shingles to replace what I had before. I have a good size ranch house but they were done and cleaned up by 4:30 PM. They came back several days later and installed covering over the flashing. Bone Dry did a beautiful job. Even my neighbors were impressed by how efficient they were and how nice the finished roof looked. I would recommend this outfit to anyone. From beginning to end they did an excellent job. From the first sales appointment to the completion of our new roof, the whole process was awesome. Very hard-working crew (even in the 90+ degree heat). I would definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

They were so wonderful! We are selling our house and the buyers inspector stated many roofing issues. Bone Dry came out and inspected it throughly and detected no issues. They were even kind enough to put it in writing so we could show the buyers there inspector was wrong! If I ever do have a roofing problem I will call on them for sure! No wonder they have such a great reputation.

When we called to get an estimate, they told us someone would be there at 2 pm on Friday. Instead, the sales rep came at 7:45am, though he was polite and professional. After receiving other offers, Bone Dry was the lowest bid for the highest quality product, so we called to schedule the work to be done. The sales rep said he would come between 5 and 6 on a Thursday; no show and no call. Called him again on Monday, he calls me back and says he'll come between 5 and 6 on the next Thursday and that he would call beforehand to let me know when exactly he would show. Again, no show and no call. Friday morning rolls around and he calls like it's no big deal, but my wife and I are irate. We tell him we won't be needing their business anymore and demand a significant discount. Apparently, he had written down the wrong phone number (off by one digit, same first name). He came to our house and apologized profusely, gave us a substantial discount and promised that there would be no more communication issues. The work itself was great; the crew worked quickly and cleanly. But we will not recommend this company just for the sheer amount of frustration we had!

They are highly rated by Angie's List. They are honest. I have had them out two years before to check my roof. They said quite honestly that I could get another couple of years out of my roof. I didn't need to do any job right then. I eventually had them do the work two years later. They had a lot of different choices. I talked to them about energy-saving roof and its cost and everything else. They seemed very well-informed. They installed a new roof that I'm very happy with. It's guaranteed not only for me, but if I should sell the house then also for the next owner, which I think is important. There was a problem when the television dish people put the dish up. They pulled up some of the roof and didn't do something correctly, so I called Bone Dry and a person came out. He said it was very simple to fix it. They gave me extra shingles and fixed it immediately at no cost. I can't say enough good things about Bone Dry Roofing. They are excellent.

They were very prompt and professional. The only problem was the first guy who came out to inspect and quote the project had been on job for one year. The quote was given and I approved the work to be completed by Bone Dry. When the guys who do the repairs came out, they discovered the estimator made a big mistake by missing what needed to be done. The job ended up costing me 2X as much and I was in the middle of getting it repaired when they told me that it needed to be done and the cost doubled. This did not allow me time to reevaluate and get other quotes. I went ahead with the project but was unhappy that the quote that was authorized was incorrect. The men who did the work were very good and dedicated to their craft. I would use the company again but would definitely watch the quoting process much closer.

The sales person came out at the end of March 2011 and did an excellent job of analysis including going into the attic to see the leakage problems.Based on this analysis including pictures ,I was confident that the solutions proposed were correct.The pricing proposed was competitive.The job was scheduled ,but when the crew arrived it was determined that the roof was too steep to do the work without the scaffold.This led to another meeting at which the need for and cost of the scaffold were determined and the final agreement for the project was signed.The job was scheduled for 6/29/2011. A comunication problem on6/29/2011 delayed the start of work ,but the job was completed that day .The scaffold was removed the next day.Although we encountered some minor problems,I am pleased with the work performed and the cooperation of the company.

They were like ants all over the place and each member of the team knew his job and were efficient, careful around the plants and cleaned up really well. Every question or concern we had was met. We were very pleased in our experience with them.
