Bone Dry Roofing

John came out at the appointed time and talked with me about how to fix the gutters. The original discussion was to secure the gutters and replace any rotting facing boards. We had several phone calls re: replacement of the facing boards and John brought his supervisor to my home to get a second opinion about what needed to be done. They decided that the facing boards did not need replacing. After deciding the course of action and adjusting the quote, I called for an appointment and the company said they would come on December 30 to do the work. I had told John all along that I wanted to be home when the work was done, so the date was perfect as I was off work that day. On the 30th, no one showed up or called. I heard nothing from this company for 2-3 weeks. My home is currently a duplex, and on January 23rd I was talking with my tenant and she told me that some men had come a few days prior and had been on my roof working. This was all news to me. She said their truck had something about gutters on the side, so I figured it was Bone Dry. I called and asked for an explanation. John returned my call after investigating and said yes, they had done the work. I reminded him that I had requested to be home when the work was done. I have no proof of what was done. I told them I would wait until the next good rain to see if what they did was working, but that I was not happy that they came without notice. Regardless of the outcome of the work, I will not use this company again. They acted unprofessionally in not letting me know they were not coming and then coming unannounced to do the work.

1) Very good communication during the estimate/proposal period. Great advice about pros and cons of various opttions (upgraded shingles, ridge vents, overall ventilation, ice/water shield, and attic insulation) without pushing. Very good communication when unexpected elements arose (narrow soffits vs. planned size for vents). 2) Impressive implementation: crew worked in extremely cold weather and wind, yet arrived early each morning (on time) and worked through till all unique elements of the job were handled, working past daylight was gone for cleanup. 3) Final bill was exactly as quoted 4) Great ownership of work and surprises: handled results of overnight tarp being blown off by very strong winds, and some damage to newly restored deck. The warranty was an important element in our choosing this company. Yet warranty on paper is really only as good as a company's willingness to stand behind its work. We would definitely go with them again for roofing/insulation, and are looking at their sister divisions for other work we need done on our house.

Louie came out to price the job and was thorough, professional and patient as I peppered him with questions. The job was done on time and on schedule. During the job, I spoke only to the job manager who was installing the skylight while other guys were fixing the roof; that gentleman was very friendly and courteous. My husband commented that they were so tidy he didn't even know they'd been there-no scraps, paper, shingles, etc. We probably could have gotten the job done cheaper elsewhere, but we've had undependable contractors before and BoneDry's professionalism and dependability was worth it.

Bone Dry Roofing had the best price out of the three estimates we were given. They also had the best solution to installing our new roof. They made a small mistake, but came right back out and fixed it. They were very prompt, and they cleaned up well. Our roof looks awesome. They were done in four days.

I was so impressed with Bone Dry's work and knowledge that I had their paint division submit a bid to paint the exterior of my home and chose them for the job.

They did a fantastic job and I was well satisfied with it. They were on the ball and alert. They did it in a timely manner. I would absolutely use them again.

I needed to get estimates for roof & gutters because of hail damage. I decided to go with Bone Dry because of their reputation and years of service. It gave me peace of mind knowing they would be in business if I needed anything in the future in addition to the great warranty they provide. My project manager, Tyler H., was fabulous. He made sure I understood the estimate & how the entire project would get completed from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was addressed right away. A follow-up was made at completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. I am very a very happy customer! I highly recommend Bone Dry.

They came when scheduled with about ten people and completed the work in two days.

They sent a guy out to give an estimate to redo the entire roof. The estimate ended up being right under $10,000. It was the 6th guy that looked at my roof and no one else said it was in as bad of shape as he said it was, he said it wouldn't last a year. Their estimate was way above everyone else's. Everyone that came out from the company was very nice, with exception of the last gentleman, Chad.

They not only replaced the shingle but they did extra services at the site such as nailing down the nails in the area. They did anything in the general area that they could get to even though that wasn't in the work. They did that complimentary. They got in and out quick. I was very satisfied. I would use them again.

They were very friendly. Everyone that we encountered was friendly, very customer oriented, and driven. There were some issues when we had the roof installed with getting the proper documentation for the work in our township. It was resolved, but caused the wait for work that day and then there were some other delays with getting some other interior roof done. However, they were responsive and got everything taken care of for us within a month’s time. Their price was higher than what insurance allowed, so we did spend a significant amount out of pocket. We didn’t have any issues with their punctuality. If we need their services again in the future, we would use them.

Most of the price was paid by insurance. It was a positive experience. They did exactly what they said and they did it in a day. Their price was fair and pretty close to everybody else.

The work and customer relations portion were excellent. I called around to a lot of places for pricing. I have already referred them.

I would possibly use this company again.

They were always very responsive. They are coming back tomorrow to do some interior work for us.

There was no charge on the service provided because it was some return work that they did. They were great. They came when they said they were going to. It didn’t cost me anything because it was under warranty and so it was a good experience. The cost and the quality of service were very good. I will use their services again in the future.

At first the it was ok. They came out right away with samples of the shingles,. We had a date for the roof scheduled quickly. They came and did a good job on the roof. My coupla needed to be replaced as well. I was told it would be done the week after the roof. About 1 1/2 weeks later I was still waiting. When I called I was told they were ordering it and it would at least be another week. In the meantime, I tried to get the siding and windows scheduled. I had a hard time getting people to call me back to get it scheduled. The coupla was replaced, but they had to return because it was not sealed properly. Finally the siding and windows were done. It was just a long drawn out ordeal and is still continuing with their billing department.

I think Bone Dry does good work, and I wouldn?t have a problem recommending them to others.
