Bone Dry Roofing

I had to set up an appointment for my roof inspection a couple weeks in advance since they were very busy - that was ok since I was having several contractors inspect it anyway. Bone Dry showed up at my home at the appointed time and inspected the roof (my wife called me when they arrived). Since I wasn't home I cannot comment on the thoroughness of their inspection. Their inspector called me afterward and explained that although the hail caused wear to the roof it did not need to be replaced, and could easily last 10 years or more. He pointed out that the gutters were in good condition too. I was glad to hear that. His finding was reinforced by inspections from 2 other independent local roofing contractors. I was surprised by this since roofs were being replaced on many homes in the neighborhood and even next door. Apparently storm chasing roofing contractors make a living off replacing roofs then move on to their next location. They convince insurance companys to payout damage claims where there really isn't much damage at all. This fraudulent practice means all homeowners get stuck paying higher premiums as a result. I'm glad reputable local contractors like Bone Dry exist so homeowners can get honest answers to their concerns.

We called them for a roofing estimate. The company was courteous, professional and punctual. We ultimately chose another company due to price. We were very impressed with Bone Dry and they were at the top of our list, but we chose another company that was a lower price. I would consider using them in the future.

They are quick, responsive and informative. I think they are one of the company we are going to use.

I only received a quote to replace a flat roof on my garage. I got a quote from two different businesses and Bone Dry's estimate was five times what the other quotes were. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of a stay at home mom in a nice neighborhood.

After selling our house, an inspection report turned up that boots were not replaced but Bone Dry just put new slip covers over the current vents. At the same time a leak was detected in our Attic. I really thought Bone Dry had just made a mistake, so I called them and had them put new boot covers on (like I had paid for) and fix the leak. The boot covers were fixed, but only after the worker called and told me he would be out and showed up with the wrong supplies. Two weeks later he came out on a Sunday and fixed the boot covers. The leak was repaired immediately. Unfortunately, the leak showed back up soon after. I made several calls to our sales person who never returned my calls. I called the home office and talked with a customer service person who immediately got us an appointment for the roof leak - one week out. Since I am now closing on my house in one week, time is of the essence. I had another company come out and look at the repair job. That company explained that the repair that was done was not done correctly. They just rerouted the leak to another location in the attic. I hired the other company to do the repair.

they were great. On time did a great job and stood by their work.

They called and set a date to do the job. They were on time.They put tarps over the bushes and deck to protect them. They got the job done the same day. They cleaned up after the job, you couldn't tell they had been here.Very professional I would hire them again

It went very well. Now, 6+ months later, I have had no further problems. I'm very pleased.

There was a small hail storm in our aera and many roofers showed up. Some of our neighbors were told they needed a new roof. I don't like doning business with some stranger from out of town and in this case out of state. I checked with our insurace carrier and they mentioned some roofers they trust and have done business with in the past. Bone Dry Rooring came out and really checked our roof, and found no damage at all.

They did very good work. They were always on time; they were punctual. They did what they said they would do. I don’t have a problem anymore. They understood what the problem was, they looked at it and they fixed it which was created by another roofer. Their price was good; I did check around with someone else.

It was excellent. They were efficient and on time. We had a question about something a couple of days later and they came back and looked at it. They did everything you would want for a roofing company. They do a wonderful job. They are pricey but it's worth it.

Bone Dry Roofing were very thorough. We were happy with them. We have used them before for roof repairs, but we wanted to know what we were up against. I think they always come out on time and are pretty easy to schedule with. They are pretty good at explaining what needs to be done and they don't try and sell us things we don't need. We have been happy with them and we will probably use them when we do decide to redo the roof. They are really great to work with.

They were fine. They did what they said and it was a good fix. It held until we had it replaced. They did a good job. They were very easy to work with. It was a good experience.

I did not choose their services because I got a lower quote for a better product from another company. I had an appointment with the sales person to come down and look at my roof to give me an estimate. But, it was an icy day and he didn't turn up. Nobody called and informed me that he wasn't going to come. Three hours after the appointment time they call me and told me that they wanted to reschedule the appointment. That's another reason I didn't go with them.

Very good experience, finished in one day, very professional, good cleanup, good price. Would recommend.

OK. . . . I called, man came, he went up in the roof, checked it out completely, came down, told me our roof did not have hail damage and does not need replaced at this time. He found one small problem, which my husband was able to repair. So thankful the small issue was found before it become a large, costly problem. Oh, and I made coffee because it was really cold.10

The leak caused a huge mess in my kitchen. They were unable to get to the leak so they put a tarp over the leak and it rained again and it leaked even worse the second time. They came back and put on an even bigger tarp as a temporary fix so they could schedule the full repair. They were very professional, punctual and were hard working. He said he was going to be about 20 minutes late and they called to let me know. They called me back after a couple weeks to make sure the roof was ok and to make sure I didn't need any additional services.

They were pretty costly than other companies. They were okay and the services were fine.

Due to unexpected snow and very cold weather, the roof job had to be postponed on two occasions. Bone Dry did not communicate the new dates and times of service effectively. I was also asked to drive home from work, to assist the roofing crew with opening the gate to my backyard, only to discover that they had already opened it. The foreman was away and none of the crew members spoke English.

Grant immediately knew the problem when I described the roof leak. He gave us a prompt estimate and the shingles were replaced within four days. We have not had another ice build up on the roof to test the work that was done, but I can say for now that service was prompt and professional.

Bone Dry Roofing, Inc.was professional, fine and it met the estimate. They were professional, courteous, kind and they do quality work.

On time and on budget without supervision

We had what we thought was a leak in the roof. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the upstairs hallway. (One roofer came out and quoted us a price of $600 to fix the roof, and we wanted another estimate.) Kevin from Bone Dry went up into the attic space, and when he came back down, he said there was no evidence that the roof was leaking. He went back into the attic and found a PVC pipe that was dripping water. Kevin was at the house for almost an hour, and in the end he told us that the pipe was not something that he fixed. He recommended that we call a handyman or a plumber. We did end up calling someone else, but we are totally impressed with Bone Dry. They knew that another company had told us that it was a roofing issue, and we appreciate their honesty in finding the real problem. If everyone who works for Bone Dry is as honest and professional as Kevin, we would definitely call them again!

They seem to do a good job although the roof leaked afterwards. They came back and fixed it but the first time through was not great. It was a flashing problem and they thought they fixed it and I think they hadn't actually. I thought it was a little pricey. They were pretty responsive when they called.

I had two gentlemen come out to do my roofing estimate as well as the vinyl. They were very proftessional and gave me an very competitive estimate. They also called in another professional from their team to give me an estimate on remodeling half of my home.
