They do wonderful work. I use them alot and will continue to use them. Very reliable and prompt!!

They are knowledgeable, fair and on-time. This company is respectful of my property, cleans up great and does good work. I think they usually are a little high but they are worth the money. I used an Angie's List discount for this service.

Roof- They got here right on time at 8 a.m. and were finished at 6 that night. They were professional and on time and the roof looks good. Gutters- they look great and seem to be functioning as they should thus far. The contractors were in and out within a few hours. I should say that they used someone other than their own crew to do the gutters. Appeared to be a sub-contractor based on the name on the side of the truck. It would be good practice to have a conversation with the home owner prior to sending a sub out. During conversation with field rep he said it would be about $300 to replace additional gutters that the insurance company would not cover but in a later conversation with a gutter rep he said it would be close to double that amount. I went ahead and had that work done despite the discrepancy. As of today we do have some things outstanding that were agreed to upon our original signing with Bone Dry. The air conditioner has not been combed out where hail damage hit the sides. Also, upon original agreement Bone Dry was to remove and install my damaged 20 ft awning but later said they would not be able to do so and that I would have to find someone on my own to do that. Hail damaged window frame has not yet been repaired either. Overall I was pleased with the work that was completed and am glad that I chose Bone Dry. We will see if they follow through on the other outstanding items.

Repair booting around all vent pipes on roof. Were on roof about 45 minutes. Were hoping this fixes the leak problem that has developed in the winter months. So far we are pleased with Bone Dry and they were very professional.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services but I know the price was medium. They came out in a timely fashion and did a lot of hard work to give me a quote. They also gave me a list of options with different prices for each one. They were always nice. I really don’t have any reference points with regard to price because I never owned a home, and so I don’t have a way to judge their price.

I would absolutely recommend them. We didn't have any complaints at all. They did a great job. We haven't had anything wrong with our roof since then.

I had an appointment with him Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. which he showed up on time for. He said he would be back in touch with my by the end of the day. I never heard from him. I called him at about 4:00 p.m. yesterday evening, left him a message. It is now Wednesday and still there has been no response.

Oustanding process, estimate through final inspection. Very professional. Crew was on time, clean, and thorough. I was always asked if I had any questions or needed anything.

Reasonable estimate. Got a few extra calls from service guys. Never knew who was actually going to do the job, but in the end, the last guy that called got it done. Nice follow up in the mail with warranties and such that make you feel comfortable. I felt like I was handled like a thousand dollar job for only a 350 bill. This place is pretty class- I would use them again.

We chose not to use them for the windows. They charge a minimum charge for coming out, which we weren’t aware of. We had to pay them the trip charge anyway so we found little things for them to do on our roof to make up for our money. Two gentlemen came out, one for the roof and other for the windows, and they both were excellent; I have no complaints there. Since it is up on the roof, I am not able to assess the quality of what they did. I would use them again for a quote.

Bone Dry was very responsive to our needs and very professional. Did not try to oversell - seemed genuinely concerned with correcting the problem about which we had called. They spent time up on the roof rather than just surveying from the ground. Had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule but was informed of this upfront. They maintained communication with us from start to finish.

It was an excellent experience. I had used them before for new gutters on my home. They knew what they were doing, very professional and cleaned up after their work. I was extremely happy with them.

Received a quote in timely manner. Agreed on date on work. Roof was tore off and replaced, finished in one day. It was a one story ranch style home. All clean up was very well done.

Bone Dry did an amazing job! They installed a roof and gutters on a rental property we own in Lebanon, IN. We live in Greenwood, IN (40 miles away), so it took a lot of coordination to schedule the estimate, materials delivery, and installation. They were very flexible in working around our renters' schedule,and they did a wonderful job telling us when we could expect materials delivery and estimating the time frame in which the work would be done. As part of the job, we had two chimneys removed, and Bone Dry was very professional in helping coordinate with the HVAC professionals and our private contractor to make sure everything was done efficiently. On the day of the installation, I could not be at the house because I was at home taking care of my newborn baby. I felt very relieved to know that I could trust Bone Dry to make sure the installation was running smoothly. The project manager kept me informed every step of the way which was a big relief to me. They roof was installed VERY fast and the roof and gutters look GREAT! Bone Dry also helped us arrange for financing and recommended Angie's List to us. We would definitely recommend Bone Dry to anyone looking to install a roof and/or gutters!

This company was excellent from start to finish. The estimator John Moore was very professional. He explained what I needed done. He even assisted me in follow up emails I sent him asking questions promptly. The young man that supervised the actual work sent pictures of the finished work via his cell phone. I was actually able to see the finished job before they even left. I will be calling them in the future for estimates for my other two properties. The office personnel were even nice whenever I called.

I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling which I thought would be difficult to diagnose because there is a second floor and no sign of a leak on the second floor -- so it was a mystery as to where the water could be getting in. I called Bone Dry, the person answering the phone was very professional and promptly scheduled Sam to come to the house and assess the situation. Sam arrived punctually, introduced himself, examined the area of the leak in the kitchen and was quickly up on the roof and back down with a diagnosis and pictures to document the problem. It only took him 5-10 minutes to diagnose the problem once he was up on the roof due to his astute observation and knowledge. He was very clear spoken and professional. A couple of shingles were not nailed properly and were affecting the angle of the trough and water run-off. Whether they were installed incorrectly (not by Bone Dry) or dislodged in some way was unclear. But he showed me how they cupped ever so slightly. In my opinion only a very practiced eye would see this. He also observed that the area around a vent in the same general vicinity but not directly over the leak had not been finished properly and was contributing to the problem. He explained everything very well. We scheduled the repair for a couple of weeks out. He called the day before, I set out a couple of shingles for him at a pre-arranged spot, he arrived punctually and completed the work within about 45 minutes to an hour. He worked very efficiently. I liked that the same person both discovered and repaired the problem. He removed a 2" vent pipe boot and surrounding shingles to installl an ice-water shield, new pipe boot and a couple of new shingles. The price was exactly as quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam for difficult-to-diagnose roof leaks based on his technical knowledge and professionalism. If my summary is mis-stated in any way be assured it's due to my lack of technical knowledge. The roof has been bone dry ever since despite torrential rains. Previously it leaked just a little with every rain. I could not be more pleased with Bone Dry based on this experience, Sam's work and the professionalism of all involved.

The initial call and the estimate went very well, and I got good information, prompt service, and a price I was happy with. My skylights were very old, and an unusual size, and I feel like the estimator went above and beyond calling several vendors and double checking that every thing would be a good fit. He also did a good job of explaining the cleaning process and what it would involve and the steps they'd take to protect my many landscaping plants, trees, and grass from the chemicals they used. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup or two getting the work done, as the day they were originally scheduled to be out they were no-call no-shows. I called asked what was up, and found out that a job ran over. My expectation is I'd get a call on this, and I was d disappointing because the next date they suggested I wouldn't be around, and I wanted to be there as they worked on my roof for my own comfort level. Call me crazy, but I always feel like people are just a little more diligent doing work when a homeowner is on site. I took the risk and had them show up when I wasn't there. Turns out, they did a fantastic job. The roof looked brand new, and the skylights were very attractive and haven't leaked once. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. The outside of the house smelled a very pleasant, bleach smell for a day or two that gradually went away, and after each rain the roof looked better and better. They took some before and after shots, and it was just unbelievable. I was also happy to see that the steps they take to collect the chemical and make sure it doesn't have an adverse effect on the local environment worked. None of my flowers, plants, ivies, or shrubs, many right below the roof line, were negatively impacted at all. As an aside, I also tested their honesty. I had previously had the roof inspected for damage and replacement a month or so before, and the guy said my roof was fine, it just needed cleaning, and to look up some local vendors for that service as it wasn't one he offered. I approached Bone Dry as an uninformed consumer, and said my roof was older and had a lot of moss and algae, and I was worried that it would need to be replaced. The estimator came out, said I had a good roof that should last another 15-20 years (exactly what the other guy said) and that it just needed cleaning, which is a fraction of the cost for a full roof replacement. That tells me they're interested in helping their customers and not to sell them things they don't need. They also replaced all my vent and flange seals as part of their cleaning service, which was nice.

After a storm we noticed loose, curled roof shingles on the west side of our house. We called Bone Dry Roofing to come evaluate our roof to see if there was real damage to our roof or just a needed repair. They came out a few days later to evaluate. They informed us our damage was minor and could easily be repaired. They answered all my husband's questions about age of the roof and things to consider when it comes time to replace the roof. At the time, we'd owned our house for less than a year and were unsure of the roof's real condition. We found Bone Dry Roofing to be very informative and very professional. They came out about a week later to complete the repair. We will definitely call them again when we are ready to replace our roof!

Called them based on positive Angies List reviews when we discovered that somehow water was seeping into a second story ceiling in our hallway. They were quick to respond, very professional, and discovered that the issue could be fixed with a replacement boot around an exhaust pipe in our roof. They quickly solved the problem and we've been dry ever since. Once we're certain the leak is fixed, we'll bring them back to replace the ceiling section damaged by the water. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We got a quote and they had a decent price. Their work met our expectations.

I was very pleased with the estimates and diagnosis of my roof. Although I did not use them this time I might consider using them in the future should I need to paint the eaves or do repair on my roof.

We have not had any problems with the roof. We are perfectly satisfied with them. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job. They were a bit more expensive than others but not outrageously.

They were very professional. We were having water dripping into our basement and thought it was coming in around the furnace vent pipes that vent through the roof. They came out and looked and did not see any sign of a problem with the roof. They determined that it might be condensation from the vents. I contacted our furnace company to investigate. This ended up being the issue and we had the repair done (at no charge) through the furnace company since it was related to the installation of the furnace.
