Eric, the roof repair specialist, did an exceptional job and was very educational in explaining things going on with our roof. Very pleasant. Very pleased with the company.

Obtained 3 quotations to replace roofing due hail storm damage. Bone Dry Roofing was not the cheapest, but better than going with a storm chaser. Job was completed on time without any issues.

It was pretty good, I have no complaints with them, and I am satisfied with their work.

I called on April 19th to ask for an estimate to replace the roof on my rental property. I was told that because it was a rental property, the earliest they could come look at it would be May 14th. I went with another company. The other company had the roof completely replaced by May 4th.

His customer service was excellent and he went out of his way to fix the nail pops. Particularly, when he knew he wasn’t going to get any business because we didn’t have any damage. That stood out.

They did an oustanding job. They picked good days to do it and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. Always on time.

I was contacted during the week and asked if it was alright if the guys came out on Thursday, April 4th, to which I agreed. Instead the guys showed up at 8:00 AM on April 6th, Saturday morning, which was quite a surpise for me but was not a problem. Just would've been nice to know that ahead of time. The crew was amazing! They had the old roof off in no time and had the new one up by 3:00 PM and they did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the work that was performed. The problem was that the siding guys never showed up. I called Bone Dry the next week to find out when they were coming and I got sent to voice mail so I left a message which was never returned so I ended up having to contact another contractor. As happy as I am with the work that Bone Dry did, I'm disappointed and frustrated with their lack of communication with me. I really want to give these guys my business, and I've got several projects, but I get the feeling that they've got more than they can handle now. I felt that the pricing was very fair given the amount of work that was done on a steep, 2 story roof and additional ventilation had to be done as well. The guys that came out to inspect the roof were courteous, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They were happy to take the time to answer questions and explain why certain things had to be done and to explain the different options that were available to me. I can't say enough good things about the guys that performed the work on the roof. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were done.

This experience was a disaster. The work desired was a re-roofing of a sun room attached to the rear of our home that had a badly leaking roof due to the ineptitude of a previous contractor, Case Remodelling of Carmel, who built the sun room itself. A representative from Bone Dry came and gave an estimate of the roofing work to be performed. The cost was rather high, but the plan was to all new flashing as well as an ice guard to prevent more ice dams from developing in the future. The work was performed, and they actually did a very good job on the roofing. To this day, it hasn't leaked again, so from that aspect, we're quite happy. What became very sleazy though, was that original estimator noticed that the small gutter was not aligned properly and that affected how well it drained. He asked if we'd be interested in another contract to replace that gutter, to which we agreed. The agreement called for a gutter REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT for an additional $250....this is a key point to what happened later. Weeks went by and then we'd receive some very hurried calls at the ends of work days from their gutter crews to see if they come stop by and perform the work. Each time we agreed, but they would later cancel each time. FINALLY one crew did come by, and the worker said that we did NOT need a new gutter, but just a realignment of the existing gutter. He unscrewed three drywall screws, tilted the small gutter, and then rescrewed the three screws back into the fascia board. The entire process took less than 10 minutes at the end of a third day that we waited for them. It was NOT prescheduled at all. A week later, the bill came for the full $250 for the original contracted work. I called Bone Dry and told them that the contracted work was NOT performed, but a quick, last-minute job of moving three screws was the only thing that was done, and it was not prescheduled. The woman in billing immediately dug in and said that the amount was due no matter what the actual work performed was. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and a person named Phil came onto the phone, and he was more adamant than the woman in billing. I asked to speak with an even higher level of supervision, and he referred the matter to someone named Grant, who was not there. Later Grant did call, and started the conversation by lecturing me about their "costs", etc, and that the best they could do was $225 for the bill. I reminded Grant that this whole ordeal was THEIR idea.....gutter REPLACEMENT, etc., and that the actual work was 10 minutes to move three screws, after repeatedly getting stood up by them in the previous week. I told him that I'd be willing to pay a FAIR price for moving three screws, but not for the amount that was contracted for a gutter REPLACEMENT. He didn't want to hear any of it. A week later, a letter came from their attorneys Einterz & Einterz, demanding full payment for $225. I sent registered letters to these attorneys as well as to Bone Dry, stating that they did NOT perform the contracted work, and that any further harassment would result in a complaint to the Indiana State Office of the Attorney General for an attempted extortion. A representative from Bone Dry called a week later and left message that gutter replacement was "not the intended point of it all", and I was stunned, especially after again reviewing the contract paperwork that THEY drew up, a copy of which I retained and still have. These are NOT honorable people. Every person I spoke with on the phone sounded very uneducated and crude. This is a classic case of being sure to retain all paperwork and estimates from a contractor, of the work to be performed, and to hold them to their commitments.

The job went great. They showed up on time, the foreman was very professional the work looked great when they were done. They fixed all the issues I had with the old roof. They did a good job of cleaning up.They answered all my questions and they finished a very big job in one day!

Will not use again. After the last big hail storm we asked them to inspect our roof and two other properties; set up an appointment the guy was 5 hours late. We wouldn't have known he came at all except we noticed his truck in the driveway. He was here about 10 minutes and left without saying a word. We had his number from a previous issue, called 5 minutes after he left, multiple times; he didn't answer his phone-we left a message and he never called back. We have called the company 3 times trying to find out what his results were, stayed on hold forever, still nothing back from any of them. Won't use BoneDry anymore, as we cannot get them to return our phone calls. Guess they have all the business they need.

They were very quick to come out and give me the estimate. It did take 3 weeks to get the work done. They did a good job.

They were very responsive and professional. They also gave me a lot of different options to address the problem. And, they did a good work.

Bone Dry had a very pleasant estimator come out on short notice to look at the damage (hail and wind) to my roof, siding, downspouts, etc. They gave me a fair price, had a good reputation on Angie's List, and were a preferred contractor for my home owner's insurance company (State Farm), so I hired them to do the work. They had a different (also pleasant) sales person come out to help us pick out shingles, siding, etc. The work was scheduled for a few days later (since none of the materials needed to be special ordered), and they had the roof stripped and replaced in just a few hours. The siding was a few days dater, but the result was the same: everything looked great, was installed well, and they did an excellent job cleaning up after (I have yet to find a single roofing nail on my property, which amazes me). Pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

They took care of it in a timely manner, and I would again in the future and I would recommend them to others.

They came out with the samples and actually went on the roof and look things over, did not just short cut and look at somebody else's quote. They answered any questions I had at any time. They kept me updated when shingles would be delivered and they kept me abreast to every step of the way. They were on time and finished when they said they would. They have been just overall good.

We were thrilled. Cost much less than we expected and they communicated very well with us.

We had used Bone Dry Roofing in the past for replacement of skylights and we were very pleased with their work. However, when we decided to replace the roof, they repeatedly made appointments with us and did not show up. We attempted to work with them anyway because we had been happy with their prior work, even after their salesman failed to show up twice. After finally getting an estimate, they failed to show up to meet with our insurance estimator. They then did not return our calls. We have since found another roofing company to do the work.

It is good. They explained what they were going to do and what needed to be done. They did the work in a fast and efficient manner.

We had hail damage and Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. had to replace our roof and the gutters. They also had to replace the screen on our patio. We've had them before for the same reason a few years back, and that is why we had them again because they did such a good job at that time. They did a good job this time too. They are very attentive - they got back with us right away. They got a quote back to us quickly. They were here on time and when they said they would be finished, they were. They did a good cleanup - there weren't any nails or anything we had to worry about in the yard. The people we worked with, both at Bone Dry and the installers themselves were very good and very respectful of our property, and of us. It was a good experience overall. I think that it is really important that when you call to have something done, that somebody gets back to you quickly, and they always do that. I also think showing up when you are supposed to is important, and they did. We got two estimates: the first one offered to upgrade our roof at no extra charge. When we told Bone Dry this, they said we can give you an upgrade. The first time Bone Dry did our roof we just had regular shingles because the architectural shingles were going to be an extra cost, which we knew the insurance company wouldn't pay for. So Bone Dry were competitive in respect of giving us what the other company offered on the same terms of no extra charge.

.The roofing went well. Workers were courteous and cleaned up well. The chimney work went very fast; that can be a good thing or a bad thing. The workers were not good communicators. I had to call back and ask them to come out and seal the chimney. They did not even mention this while they were here.
