Bone Dry Roofing

First of all, they did not send an appraiser to give us an idea of the amount of work and a proposal. That meant that we had to schedule an additional visit, which meant time off from work. Then, the prognosis was that the entire roof had to be removed, and 70 new beams installed because one beam was broken. The other two estimates we got were based on much less complex solutions that were much more reasonable in cost. It felt like Bone Dry was "taking us for a ride". We won't be using them.

My experience turned out great, and they just went and put a pipe up the top. They gave me a 10% discount. After that, they said I didn't need a coupon for that because I was a member of Angie's list, and I think the young lady called up again. They kind of expected to work for me and went round the area, because I was complaining about that pipe leaking. I would get a dripping sound in my house and, he said that it was from the moisture inside the pipe coming back down. They just replaced it and said if I replace and get a higher pipe that might, cause that, to stop. So that's what we did, except for that I have not heard any noise, so that might have been the problem. The furnace pipe you know, the pipe that runs outside your roof from your furnace to the top of that pipe, which just sits up there. That was replaced. I would say at least they did a good job and I am satisfied. He had already said; maybe they needed to change the pipe and that was the only thing he could do to keep that drip from dripping down from the moisture condensed from the hot water heater to the furnace. And when it did the moisture builds up and causes it to drip back down. And may be the pipe was rusting in there and needed to be replaced, and he said it was also a shorter stack, so if we put a taller stack pipe up there, that would prevent that, and that's what they have done. So far I haven't had any problems. They came out and went straight to the source and gave me some excellent advice. So far I haven't had any problems. I haven't heard any drips or any noise, yet. And so far it's working.

Excellent response time. Thorough work at a very fair price. Completed all work quickly and on time. I would definitely use this contractor again for roofing work.

HORRIBLE. While the crew showed in a timely manner they caused a lot f damaged to surrounding property all of which we were told we would receive a card in the mail for replacement costs from Tim. Five weeks later and ignored phone calls nothing. doing the walk through we noticed they ripped up our siding on our home and wanted to charge us to fix. They broke off a wooden piece of trim and threw it away the front gutter was detached and damaged. They did replace the gutter they damaged after many calls. As of yesterday October 31 shingles are curling and water is shooting out of areas of the gutter where it shouldn't be. We have paid in full and now no response. I am sick to my stomach and am now getting ready to speak to an attorney. Jeff was our contact and great communication. UNTIL WE PAID IN FULL. No response. If this changes we will update.

As far as the work is concerned we have not had enough time to see if it worked. So far so good. What did not work out was gettign them there, and getting it done. At the original estimate they said two week and the next day they called to confirm. So I said that was fine and I let it go for two weeks. Then I started calling, On a Friday I got a call back yes they woudl do it Saturday or Sunday. On Monday it woudl be done by the end of the day. On Tuesday it would be done on Tuesday and on Wednesday it was done. Had i not called every day it still woudl never have been done. As far as who did it, well that is not something I can say. I still have no idea who came out or when exactly they did it. I violated my own rule I called twice, I will never use them again and I will never violate my rule again this company. If I had it to do over, I would simply cal another contractor.

They were prompt and quick and they worked with me on a quote to repair the damage inside for dry wall and ceiling. They were professional and reasonable in pricing too. I would use them for all my roofing and drywall needs plus other services they now provide. I did not feel like I was being taken for a ride because I was a lady.

Initially I was informed of all repairs that were needed for fix flashing than the builder had not installed correctly and given an estimate of the cost. The office notified me when the work would be scheduled. On the day of the repairs, the worker call to notified me that he was on his way. When he arrived he told me what he would be working on and approximately how long it would take. He kept me informed as the work progressed. The worker was courteous and professional. When the supervisor called to ask if the work was satisfactory, I told him how impressed I was with the worker. The final bill was the same as the estimate. I have used this company before and would use them again. I have also recommended Bone Dry to friends and family members.

They were very fast and efficient. Cleaned up the mess after completion. Their not inexpensive but they did a good job.

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing after our roof was damaged in the May 2013 hailstorm. They came out and did an inspection and determined the extent of the damage. Then they worked with our insurance company to finalize the estimate. The work that they did in removing and replacing our roof was top quality. The cleanup afterwards was excellent. The roof looked great when they were done.

Bone Dry Roofing did exactly what they said they would do, in the time frame they promised me. They were professional, prompt and efficient. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done with the roof. There were no unpleasant surprises. I would use them again or recommend that a friend use them.

John M. came by and gave us a reinspection estimate, then it was impossible to reach him. We needed him to meet with our insurance adjuster so that we can get our roof fixed. His phone must not work because he never returned any of our five phone calls over a 2 week period. Calls to the home office resulted in redirection to him, who apparently was on a long vacation. I would not recommend using this company - they do not return phone calls and apparently don't want your business. This company clearly has a problem with professionalism. The price offered in the estimate was higher than other estimates we had gotten as well. John did eventually show up as we made several frantic phone calls to his office, his manager, and him. The insurance adjuster had to wait around to meet the appointment time we had set up earlier. We obviously did not use this company to do our roof.

They did a beautiful job. They were very efficient and professional. The crew was quite and cleaned up their after themselves. We would use them again in the future.

Overall, I'm pleased with the services Bone Dry provided to fix the hail damage on my house as a result of the hail storm this past spring. My main consultant who initially met with me to discuss the project was very professional, friendly and upfront about all of the services that needed to be done. I felt like he gave me a very fair estimate and was not overcharging me like some other contractors attempted to do. The work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks after I signed all of the paperwork. The roofers came first and it took them a day and a half to complete the work. They left the yard spotless and did not damage anything. The siding came next, and the gutters were last. I had to call the gutter guys back to move a downspout to a different location on the back of my house. This was on the original work order but must have been overlooked. I had to then call the siding guys back a few weeks later because I noticed holes were left in the siding from the original downspout location. It took a while to get this taken care of, but in the end, it was fixed and everything looks fine. Last weekend, we had torrential rains which sprung two small leaks in my garage ceiling. There is a small roof overhang above my garage that will be looked at today by the Bone Dry crew. I'm hoping to get this taken care of soon. The project had a few bumps, but overall, I think Bone Dry did a fine job. I wouldn't hesitate using them again, you just have to make sure everything is done to your specifications and call or email when you need something to be finished properly.

I'm always very pleased with their work.

They seemed professional and organized. They got back with us right away. They have a dedicated receptionist. She was friendly and knew what she was doing. They were knowledgeable and more organized than the other contractor that we talked to. They were local but they are a little pricey than the others.

We got an estimate from them and we are going to move them to spring. They did a really nice job, the guy they sent out was very professional. He got up there and gave us a lot of good information and some things to think about.

Could not have asked for a better service company.

This company failed to contact me regarding cost and any details about when job could be done. I spoke with the representative numerous times with promises of getting costs together and emailing me with necessary paperwork. The gentleman never followed up on any of the request. Still to this date I have heard nothing from the company. We went ahead and had the roof and gutters replaced by another company on Angie's list and the service and work was flawless. I would never recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone. They wasted weeks of my time.

The work went great, however there were some communication problems between Bone Dry and my insurance company. I wish Bone Dry would have expedited my request to the insurance company.

It went very well. I have no complaints. They are a pricey company but worth it.

When I made the appointment, I told Bone Dry we had hail damage and needed a roof plus other repairs. I asked if the estimator could talk with me about all of it, and was told he could. But when Louis arrived he told me that other groups within Bone Dry company would need to address the window surrounds, siding and shutters. Bone Dry comes highly recommended by several neighbors and Angie's List. From all I've heard, they do a thorough and professional job. But their estimate ($13,000) was the highest of the 3 companies I consulted, even though the other two estimates included all of the repairs.
