Clean up was a 90 on a 100 scale. Otherwise happy with work.

Responded within a few hours even though there were a lot of people having problems. Cleared a large ice dam for us even though it was difficult to get access to the rood due to the deep snow! Our thanks to John for his hard work!!!

While doing work the vibration from some of the tools caused some things we had on shelves fall and break. Work was done well but they never followed up on restitution for the broken goods,

Everything done as scheduled. Were very conxiensious of not to disturb me while I was working. Cthey cleaned up and were very good at making sure equipment and hoses didn't cause damage to the house by putting protection over certain areas.

Showed up on time and completed a complete tear off and re-roof in one day. They also have done followup.

Came out day I called letting me know in advance that it would be a minimum of $275 to clear ice dam. Within 5 minutes of arriving and looking up at area to be cleared price jumped to $400. Entire job took less than 20 minutes. Feel this was somewhat high for what was done. Two gentlemen that came out were very professional.

They did an excellent job. The only issue I had is they said they had someone that would redo the water damage inside the garage and house by replacing the dry wall but they never sent anyone. All service perfored was exceptional.

Was very impressed with their showing up when they said they would, cleaned up everything afterwards, and did a quality job. I thought their pricing was reasonable, and appreciated that they didn't just try to sell me a new roof when there are still a few good years left on the one that I have.

We went on the roof together, determined exactly what needed to be done and how. The quote matched the agreement and the bill matched the quote.

The whole job took about a day. They're very good with scheduling - they work around my schedule and are very accomodating. They do a good job in cleaning up. When they leave, you don't know that they've been there.

His recommendation bore fruit as Bone Dry explained what I was getting, and when it would be done. It was a pleasure to watch their crew quickly, professionally, and neatly complete our new roof. Repairs to the original base were repaired better than was done on my last roof so that I need never worry about the sub-strat of my roof again. A well done job by a firm that I enjoyed working with.

All work was done on time, workman were professional and very considerate. I was very pleased with work and would use them again.

They came out twice. The first time, they came out to estimate a repair on this poorly constructed addon. (A small job) They got the estimate back to me within a couple days. They were very responsive during that process. Then, I called them back to get an estimate for a whole roof replacement. They stopped by the house to tell me that they had ordered a satellite scan of the house in order to be able to give an estimate. However, that was the last I heard from them. I've attempted to contact them since, but have heard no reply. Overall, they were professional and the estimate I got was average. While they were talking to me, they were very responsive, curteous, and professional. However, when they stopped talking to me, they stopped altogether. Granted, I was just looking for an estimate. But that's still a lot of money just to ignore. I would recommend them to someone else looking for a new roof. However, I don't plan on going back to them.

They inspected my roof for potential hail damage and gave me an estimate. It seemed fair. However, I decided to go with a program of my insurer's, using their contractor.

I had water damage from the big storm we experienced in November 2013. I immediately contacted Bone Dry Exteriors to figure out exactly why the damage occurred and how to fix the problem. Someone came to thoroughly inspect the roof, dormers and attic. In the process they took lots of supporting pictures of the damage and thoroughly explained what was happening. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, finished exactly as quoted and completed in one day. And after they left there was absolutely no indication in the yard or gardens that they had been here. Everything was cleaned up and they were careful to not damage any plants or garden areas.

The process started in July, 2013 and, between waiting on Insurance and my slowness in choosing colors/materials, finished up in mid-October 2013. Bone Dry was always punctual, returned phone calls in a timely manner, yet never pressed me to hurry. I must have spoken with half a dozen representatives of the company, and they were all courteous, helpful, and if they didn't know the answer, they knew who did. With the help of the Bone Dry reps in choosing the colors/materials, my house looks better than ever. The workmanship is great, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Billing and payment were simple and efficient, and the statements were surprisingly easy to read. I have rarely enjoyed a house project this much. After this experience, I would recommend Bone Dry to anyone.

Unlike other roofing contractors, Bone Dry was easy to work with for scheduling and they arrived on time without rescheduling or just not showing up!! Stephen Hall reviewed the entire roof and confirmed that while there was some minor dents, the roof surface didn't break and he didn't recommend any service or replacement at this time. While he was inspecting the roof, he did notice some improvements we need to make when we next have the roof re-surfaced and shared those with us. He didn't try to sell us on anything at this time. He was focused on answering the question we needed answered (hail damage?) and that was it. We appreciated this approach very much.

I am very satisfied with the job that they did for us. The sales person came out promptly and gave us suggestions for roof replacement. We decided to upgrade on the shingles and add ice shields. The team came out on time, as scheduled, and worked hard all day to replace roof. We knew that we had issues with rotting boards at our guttering which had prompted us to go forward on this job. Our front gutter fell off while they were installing roof because of the rotten board behind it. The foreman kindly informed me immediately. The team came out about a week later and replaced all guttering. Roof and guttering look great and we are very pleased. All folks we worked with throughout this process were great, made sure we knew what they were doing and very customer focused. I am going to have them back to replace my roof and guttering on my garage next year.

The technician looked at the two locations we had leaks, and made suggestions for a fix. They weren't positive about the source of the second leak, and told us that for $200 extra dollars they'd do a test wherein one person pours water on the roof and another person in the attic tries to track where the leak results. We declined this, so they agreed to simply apply sealer to pipe joint where they think the problem lay. We agreed to the rest of the job, (The job order said to remove and replace 17' of shingles, and install material along the entire length of joint between the two roofs) and they came out a couple of weeks later and performed the job. When I checked the results the next day, I noticed that the rubber material didn't cover the whole area where the leak had been reported but only along the edge where the shingles had been replaced. I called them, and the person who did the work told me that he was only supposed to put the material along the 17' where shingles had to be removed and replaced. We pointed out that the joint turns a corner and the leak is at exactly the corner (as we told the original technician), so of course they'd need to seal the entire length of the joint, as described. The installer came out the next day, still debated the issue but he did install the material along the other edge of the joint. We're pleased with the work, but shouldn't have had to debate the issue with the installer. Also, it seems to us that locating the source of the leak should be part of the roofing service and shouldn't require $200 more for doing it. Possibly they could charge that fee only if they don't get hired to do the corrective work after they've found the source? Otherwise we're happy with them.

The work was efficient, high quality, and they did a very good job. They were quick to respond when we had questions.
