Roof replacement went very well. Crew was professional and did an excellent job cleaning up a giant mess. All was completed in one day.

After dealing with an incompetent small company that was not able to correctly diagnose my problem, it was a pleasure working with Bone Dry. Residential flat roofs are handled by their commercial division. The work was done promptly, and the quality was good - my problem is fixed. No hassles. The office is also very nice when you call them!

They came when they said they would. Would highly recommend them.

Scott came out to my house to look at how to improve the ventilation in my attic. After offering a couple solutions, I decided to ask if he thought adding ventilation was necessary for my attic. To my surprise, he was very honest and told me that it probably wasn't needed based on my current setup. He told me how to test the attic temperature to be sure and left me with his card just in case some work would be needed. Scott even offered me tips on a completely separate insulation project I was thinking about doing myself. If I have any roofing projects in the future, they will definitely be the first people I call!

He inspected the roof and pointed out areas of hail damage, but nothing serious. No missing shingles, no leaks. There were a few dings in the shingles, but it's a newer roof and should be OK. He gave good advice and didn't try to sell me a new roof when unnecessary, or try to sell me unnecessary repairs, which I appreciated. Seemed honest and upfront.

After telling the insurance company we would like a local contractor, they agreed to send out a local contractor. Well they sent out a gentleman who had Ohio plates and only worked here while extra help was needed to fix issues due to a large storm that had hit the area, before heading back to Ohio. When we started having problems, we had issues getting a hold of people and no one seemed to want to admit that the work was done poorly. We were able to get a hold of the contractor long distance and after a lot of hassle of sending emails and spending a lot of time to get other contractors for the company to come out, the whole ordeal has been a mess. The gutters weren't installed properly and they even broke a window, which we had to get repaired and it was another ordeal to get taken care of. We eventually got things fixed, but it was a hassle. We went with Bone Dry because they had a good reputation, but the whole experience has been an utter nightmare.

Tom repaired two collars on vent stack pipes, caulked several areas where caulk was missing or worn out including the gas exhaust pipe from water heater and furnace on top of the roof. He also re-nailed some shingles that were loose and caulked over the nails. Tom did an excellent job of explaining everything he did and provided me an estimate of how long my roof would last. I was very pleased with the quality of work done and was not charged anything extra. I would highly recommend this service.

Bone Dry came out and looked at it and sent us a letter indicating that we had told them that the issue pre-existed the roofing job and that it was an insulation/condensation issue and that is the last we have heard from them. They did not return my last phone call. They neglected to mention the fact that we showed them the issue and they charged us extra money to put the baffles in, which they alleged would fix the issue, it appears their recommended fix made the issue substantially worse.

This is terrible. Let me start from the beginning, I called to have my roof vents looked at as well as a bathroom pipe that was leaking. I agreed to the price of 320 but was told a 5% Angies List discount would be taken off. I called after signing the proposal to be told that their scheduling team would call within TWO weeks. Ya, it seemed a little long but I said ok. A week and a half later I get up to knocking at my door, its them and the sales rep. I said what are you doing here? He said well we came to do your roof, I said no you are not. He said they called you and scheduled, and I said that's a bold faced lie. I told them to do work at my house you will have to schedule a time with me, I work 50 plus hours a week. He left, and I waited a week, and not wanting to chance it happening again I called their office, irritated. I was transferred to a manager's voice mail and left a message. I waited over two days, and a tech called from their company to let me know he would be there within an hour. I wait, two hours, because I left work early and said this isn't happening again. I called the office irate, to be told that I needed to calm down because it is not that big of a deal. Get the voice mail of a bigger boss and get a call back from the tech again, not even the boss letting me know hey we had another job scheduled, we're running behind. I said whatever just do the d*** work already. They come, do half the work, and tell me they don't have the right boot, and will be back within a week. In the mean time I get a phone call from the MANAGER, who says did we take care of you and I told him everything, and he didn't seem like he cared or that this happens a lot. I told him my discount for angies list wasnt taken and the job wasnt done and I will not pay for something that wasnt done. A day passes and I get an email to pay my bill, with the full d*** amount. What the heck is going on there?!?! No one does the right thing. I email back to say I will pay when the job is complete and I will pay after my discount is taken off. Get an email back five minutes later saying this was forwarded to the manager as some sort of threat. HUH?!?! I get a call today 6/30 saying hey we will be there before the end of the business day, I said ok, just finish the job already jeez! I wait, and wait, and wait. They show up at my house at 8:45 PM!!!!!!!!!!! What company sends techs out at this late of an hour? Like I said I work 12 hour days, go to school, and have a business to run, this isn't my idea of a good time. Extremely unhappy with this unprofessional encumbering company that I won't use again.

I contacted Bone Dry to repair the wood trim on my chimney. They performed the repair and I paid my bill. On the day of the repair one of their representatives called me and asked if he could leave me a written quote on repainting the wood trim on the entire house. I told him that I had not really considered having the house painted but that if he wanted to leave a quote I would take a look at it when I got home. That evening when I got home I looked at the quote and didn't really give it a second thought. A couple of weeks later I got out of an all day meeting at work and listened to my voicemails. The same representative had left me a voicemail stating that his men had been to my house that morning and power washed my entire house. He said that due to rain coming in they wouldn't be able to do the painting until the next morning. When I got home there were large sections of bare wood all over my house from where they had power washed and knocked the paint off. I called and told them that I had never contacted anyone to do any painting on my house. They said that they had made a mistake and mixed my house up with another customer. I then asked them what they were going to do since they had knocked the paint off of my house. The representative said "well, would you like us to go ahead and paint it for what was quoted to you?" I told him that I never authorized the job to be done and that the damage should be corrected. I also told him that I was concerned that they would do a poor job of painting since they would not be getting paid. He assured me that would not happen. A few days later they returned when I was not home and did a very poor paint job. There were many spots of bare wood left showing. I called them again to complain. They then came out again and did a poor job. I called the company to speak to another supervisor about the situation. That told me that one was not available but took my name and number and said they would contact me the next day. That was three days ago and I have still not received a call.

I paid about $800. I heard of them before I decided to use them. I don't think they went above and beyond but they cleaned up their mess and they were prompt. They knew what they were talking about, they were reliable and did what they said they would do.

Once we got a sales estimate, all went well. They kept us informed, provided separation on the job, did what they said they would do, cleaned up and gave “walk-thru”

It worked out very well. They did a good job, cleaned up and vacuumed everything in half day. So we have to now wait and see whether the job works or not. I believe it will but the last flare was a little different from what we've had in the past. If there is another recurrence of that then I have another step that I will take with Bone Dry. They seem to know what they were talking about. They seemed to be interested in my situation and offered several solutions to it but the one I chose was the insulation. I paid $1000.

I have ;not decided upon a company. Still getting estimates and learning the scope of the work needed.

We've used Bone Dry Roofing for both repairs and an eventual replacement. They have been professional, very communicative and their work is always very good. If they had to postpone due to weather, they let us know. Their work is quick and efficient.

Bone Dry did a great job. They completed a job that we had originally been arranged with another contractor (Fentris) who had barely started work when suddenly we heard nothing from the individual we had been working with and did not have any of our calls returned. Bone Dry did a great job communicating from giving an estimate to the completion of the job. The quality of their work was great. We have used Bone Dry before on a roof repair and after this I will be sure to call them first. I would highly recommend Bone Dry to anyone needing any type of roof work.

It went well. I spoke with Eric. He got the work done in a very timely fashion. I felt the price was fair. He was very detailed in his explanations of the problem and was very accessible by phone.

It wasn't very good. They didn't follow up or do anything they were supposed to afterwards.

We called them as an emergency call because we had bad weather coming. They came out the same day as my call. They are very professional and do a good job. We have used them in the past at our other house. Their pricing is a little higher but I am willing to pay for it because of the quality of their work and their knowledge.

Crew showed up early Monday morning and removed and replaced the entire 33 squares of roof on our 2 story house hand nailing the entire roof. They were the only company that I could find that hand nails. They were a little more expensive than my other quotes, but since I was replacing a roof that was only 10 years old due to the original roof being installed with pneumatic nail guns that "blew through" the shingles causing the roof to blow off in entire sheets EVERY TIME we had winds over 30 mph I decided this was the best way to go. They cleaned up the yard very well after completing the job. Found a few nails here and there, but nothing too excessive. Overall a very good experience.

Last summer we hired another company to replace two runs of leaky gutters. We had them out several times and never got the problem fixed. After this harsh winter, we found that the improperly installed gutters resulted in damaged hardiplank siding and wet basement. We called Bone Dry for help. Scheduling with Bone Dry isn't smooth, but it's worth it. After the first trip, they decided to send their gutter expert who identified several problems with pitch, water flow and installation. A crew made the recommended repairs and told us that their work was guaranteed, just call if there were any problems. The next rain we were delighted to find a 95% improvement, but saw small leaks. True to their word, they came back out and water tested the gutters to recreate the leak. Once identified, a team came back out and made the repairs and adjustments. At the end of that visit, they showed me the repairs & tested it again with the hose. It has since rained & we have a dry basement & siding!

I really appreciated that they were punctual and extremely professional. We are considering doing business with them.
