Bone Dry Roofing

The service worked out well. We were in the process of selling the house. I gave them an inspection report and they fixed everything on the report.

Greg Nash, Bone Dry Roofing Specialist was extremely professional and helpful in his advisory capacity as to the depth of the hail damage to our roof and gutters. and the best recommendations for the removal and installation of shingles, ridge-vent, gutters, downspouts and gutter protection. He was available to discuss his findings and answer all questions with the insurance adjustor in regard to his recommendation and the damage from the storm that he had confirmed. Greg returned all calls and emails in regard to our questions within hours. He thoroughly explained the process and what to expect when both the shingles and gutters were replaced. He requested special care to be provided with additional tarps to protect the outdoor plants, windows, doors and interior areas in an unfinished upper level. Josh Gibbs, Production Specialist, supervised the installation. The crew arrived on time, prepared our property and did a very thorough job which involved a two day process for completion. The cleanup was excellent and our roof and property looked great when they were done. The gutter and downspout tear off and installation including the Gutter Glove Pro gutter protection occurred two days later. Once again, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with Bone Dry. We have used them in the past and highly recommend them for professional, fairly priced and quality work. We particularly commend Greg Nash, Bone Dry Roofing Specialist and Josh Gibbs, Production Specialist for their outstanding job and follow through.

They were excellent. They were punctual and they cleaned up everything. They did a very good job. The price was reasonable and I had no problem with it. When they said they would come, they were right here. They were very professional and called me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

Great. They came on time and completed the job same day. Cleaned up well and there was no damage to the plants or garden.

This contractor was very high on price for the work that was completed. They Did not repair all the nail pops that was committed. The people doing the work were loud and complained so loud the neighbors could hear them! They did not leave invoice in the mailbox after work was completed as they agreed on phone. They called me constantly for two months wanting paid and had never sent me an invoice. I asked them to invoice me and I would gladly pay. The invoice never was sent. Finally I told them not to call again and that I will not pay without receiving an invoice. I needed the invoice for tax purposes since the work was required for the sale of the home. I finally received the invoice and paid it the same day. It took them two months to send me the invoice. The person calling always blamed the billing department. As a facility management professional I use many contractors. Bone Dry has the worst customer service of any contractor I have used and their price is too high. They never did fix the nail pops required. I sold the home and the buyer accepted the poor roof repair. I would never recommend this company.

They came and did the job. So far, so good. As far as I know, it is working and there are not any leaks.

They did an excellent job. Went above the requirements of the Angie's List deal. Would definitely use them again.

Overall it went well. The only minor issue came in dealing with 2 different teams. The 2nd team showed up twice before the 1st team had been out to complete their part of the job. Then when the 1st team did show up they weren't able to complete everything that day so it had to be completed the next day. All of the work was completed as specified and to my requirements.

I agreed to the estimate and was called shortly thereafter to set up a day to get the work done. They showed up on time and finished the skylight work that day. The ceiling dry wall repair was finished two weeks later. All the work was done in a very professional manner to my satisfaction. There have been no leaks despite heavy rainfall since. I would have no hesitation calling them for any further jobs I need done.

After re-scheduling twice because of rain, the day finally arrived and so did the roofing crew. They were very punctual and polite. The crew foreman walked me through everything that was to be done and kept me appraised of the progress. After asking me if they could pull the dumpster up into the side yard and asking where the outdoor electrical was located, that was pretty much all I talked with him until they were done. Other than a much needed lunch break in very hot/humid Indiana weather, they worked straight through - no goofing off! Once done, the foreman had me come out to take a look at the roof and sign off on the work order. My husband was up on the roof later that evening to re-install the satellite dish and commented quite favorably on the appearance of the new shingles. If my review stopped with just that, the actual work and roof replacement, I'd give them an "A", no question. However... When we got the estimate for the roof, we were told that they crew would put tarps down over the plants and decks. This was also mentioned in the paperwork we received. Except for the tarp near the dumpster, this was not done. Instead the crew walked around the house, picking up roofing nails and debris by hand. To be fair, my husband walked around the yard for over an hour before cutting the grass and found only a handful of nails that had been missed. I also took note of a wheelbarrow that spent most of the day parked on-not beside-my hostas (while the concrete sidewalk was right next to it). The final ding came when we tried to pay for the roof. After obtaining financing through Fifth Third Bank, as provided by Bone Dry Roofing, we were told we needed to call the account number into the office. Monday when I tried to do this, I had to leave a voice mail (not including the account number). Tuesday when I called again, same thing. Wednesday I got a call from Katie at Bone Dry to obtain my information. She said I could pay it myself through a website. When I told her I wasn't comfortable doing that with an insecure website, she said that was what she was going to do once I gave her the account number. Great. Even if that is the case, shouldn't the customer service people keep that information to themselves, when it is obvious the release of such will only upset the customer? To sum up, Bone Dry Roofing did a great job at a reasonable price. The crew was wonderful. The customer service, however, needs further education.

Scott Wise carefully inspected the entire area of the leak, diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. His estimate for the work was fair and he was very polite. Victor Gomez did the work some days later, giving me a call before hand. He was diligent in his work, answered all my questions without hesitation, and left my house/yard neat and clean. What else would I want?

Previous issues with some leaks, in the low slope back section, have been completely resolved. The roof is beautiful and all previous leak issues are now resolved.

They were on time, very good at their job and finished in about 6 hours.

These guys did a great job. I originally purchased one of the Angies's List spiciest for a roof inspection and maintenance. They were prompt and thorough. Prior to this service, I have had a chronic problem with leaking in a dead valley on my roof whenever we have heavy snowfall. Bone Dry installed a barrier under the shingles and siding to prevent melting snow and ice form working it's way under the flashing. This winter will be the true test. Visually the work looks good. The siding, paint and shingles all look good. You cannot tell the work has been done. They showed un on-time and completed the work in an efficient manner. I believe the price was fair and the quality of the work was good. I would use them again.

Very complete and thorough job. ?Crew arrived on schedule. ?They examined the mansard roof carefully to determine extent of water damage. ?Crew supervisor (Dan Dugon) kept us advised and explained who/what was being done to ensure that windows were made right. ?Clean up was excellent.

My experience was fine. Scheduling was good and I had no problems. They gave me good advice on what to do for the next storm. They showed me how my chimney needed to be tucked in the future.

There was a large mixup of what they were supposed to do and who was supposed to do it so it took a long time. They came out to do what they were supposed to do and they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right equipment. They were going to put us back into the system to get the right person and right stuff out here. They they kind of lost us so I had to call back numerous times to find out what was going on, which was kind of frustrating. We've used them before and didn't have these problems. We will probably look around in the future.

They never showed up, nor returned phone calls or e-mails. To date, they have not even responded to my letters. They just keep invoicing me for work that was never started. At this point, I'm done giving them a change, and want them to realize they have not started the work, and should stop trying to invoice for the work.

Very well! On time, helpful, informative. We needed a few shingles renailed, and it was really nice to have the roof inspected at the same time. I felt the price was very reasonable.

Good. They were on-time. They were in-and-out in a day. A supervisor checked on the a couple of times. Very little leftover "trash".

We didn’t go with them because they were cost prohibitive. They were the most expensive than anybody by far. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable. They knew their stuff and would have done a great job but they were too pricey. They were definitely the most responsive and punctual. They immediately called back, made an appointment and showed up when they were supposed to and they were gone. I would use them in future only if I am not budget conscious.

The guy who came out was very nice and professional. They did what they said they would do and inspected my roof, replaced a couple of shingles that another place replaced originally but put the wrong color on, they also sealed all vents, placed rain guards over them and sealed rusted nails and nailed down a few other shingles. They listened to my concerns and addressed the issue and were very honest with me about how much longer my roof has before it needs replaced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Honest, straight forward, fair and professional.

Everything went well, services were performed as expected, and he even fixed a couple siding spots for free that weren't part of the package. Very impressed. I will use them in the future with all of my roofing needs.
