He replaced broken tiles and sealed areas that needed it. He also identified some problems with my chimneys that I wasn't aware of that I need to have corrected. He was on time, and did a good job.

The crew arrived first thing in the morning. The supervisor explained what they would do. They finished the same day and totally cleaned up after themselves. The project manager also stopped by and asked how it went.

It looks pretty good for what they did. I used them in December. They came out last Monday too, because I used them again. They were great, super-efficient and they really care about the customer.

The roofing guy came on time and he fixed loose shingles and replaced several broken or missing shingles.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was perfect. They came out right on the same day when I made the purchase. There was no extra charge. They were very responsive. This time of the year, it is hard to get a hold of anyone to repair the roof but they got back to me and they came out really quick.

Jeff, the project leader called in advance of arrival. He met schedule with his crew. He adapted date from previous week to be sure weather was suitable with no risk of rain throughout contract duration. Not cheapest but most reliable and good quality value priced.

An estimator came to our house and did a detailed inspection and gave us a quote for the work. He said someone would call to schedule the work and we didn't hear from anyone. Eventually we were given a date that the work would begin, but then the weather got in the way. Then a day or two later, out of the blue a crew showed up an began work. They added the two vents, made some small repairs and repaired the flashing around our chimney. We are happy with the work, but were a little irritated with the scheduling.

It went fine; they were supposed to call back but never did to deal with water damage.

Very well. They were timely and well supervised. They cleaned up very well.

Overall I've been really pleased with their service and they were very fair.

They did a very good job. I had put it off for a very long time, because I knew it would be expensive. He said he thought it would take him two days, but it took only one. I was very pleased with his service. They came immediately, they gave me the right information, and they started within a week. I had had another estimate done, and it would be $200 less, and I asked him why, so he said that because they were a big company, they had to charge a little more. The quality was excellent. I heard from them within one day, they were here within 2 days, and they stated within 1 week. He was wonderful.

Estimator came out and examined roof. Asked us to contact our insurance company because of damage. He was there when our insurance company reps came out and they all examined roof. Estimator helped us to coordinate between our insurance company and Bone Dry as well as explain step-by-step procedures of paperwork and roofing process. All material arrived the day before work was to be done. This is a large roof so it took 1 1/2 days. Company rep came out to examine final work and signed off on work. Complete work site was cleaned up. All in all it was painless on our end and everyone was hard working and courteous.

Excellent work quality. You can't tell where I was hit. He so good, many people want him. That's why it takes a little bit to get through all of the work.

Bone Dry was easy to work with, quick to respond to any questions, and were able to provide us with a free inspection/estimate. The work was also completed in a timely manner. The price seemed a little high for a half day's work for one guy, but what do I know?

We had a few roofing issues on 2 enclosed patios and a detached garage - fixed rotten wood, shingles replaced and a gutter apron on the garage. The first time one portion of the work was done, the salesman (Sam) went by to verify it and didn't love what was done and asked them to redo part of it. What that means to me is that they expect the highest quality from their workmen and themselves to a high standard. The second time they fixed it properly, Sam came by and verified that it was the way he wanted it to be. I would definitely use them again.

Everything worked fine after that. Up to this day, it does not leak. I wish I would have used them to start with. They have done a great job. I would use them again definitely. They have done a good job. He came out right away.

They did a?great job.? They had a couple of challenges with wires coming into the house but they molded the soffits beautifully.? They worked around the flag that I have in the front of the house and was impressed that the soffits do not interfere with it.? They did not have to do it but while they were here they got on the roof and blew all the leaves off!? The leader of this crew was Dan Dugan and this was Eddie and Juans crew.

The gentleman that came out was very professional. They pointed out some other areas that needed touched up as well. The work was done well and quickly.

Nick Cuthbertson led the crew and I am very happy with their work. They had less than ideal weather but got the job done in two days. They were on time and did great work, not using a nail gun but driving nails. This impressed me. Some of the nails went through the boards but to make up for this they offered me a highly discounted soffit deal to go all the way around the house. They only negative is that I got a roofing nail in a tire but they reimbursed me immediately. I blame the weather and all the leaves on the ground.

Their communication and response skills lack terribly. It has been approximately ten days since the work for the quote evaluation and I have not heard anything from the associate that did the evaluation on my roof work. The associate promised he would send me an email of the evaluation and quote, I checked both in-box and spam and there has been no reply there after five days. I called the office of Bone Dry Roofing and the lady told me she would have the associate contact me and I have still not heard anything after five more days. They have my email address and phone number and no contact attempt what-so-ever.

The service went well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. They made everything quick and easy. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and half. They made some small repairs to the roof. They were efficient workers.
