,Roof leak. Called before 9 am on Monday. Appointment set for Friday 12:30. Didn't show. Called to check and was told the provider was sick. The reschedule is now another 10 days out. So IF they show up for this appointment, it will be more than 2 weeks since my initial contact. No notice on the no-show. Unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I purchased the big deal for a roof maintenance package. We were needing shingles replaced and everything sealed around vents. They arrived on time and did a great job inspecting the roof. Will be using again in the future if I need any roofing repairs. They said our roof should last another 10 years.

Estimator was great. A little trouble with scheduling (they were behind due to weather). Great job on roof, professional and fast.

Arrived on time and performed work as requested. Provided feedback on issues with roof (which were already known). Did not try to use the opportunity to sell any other services.

He only gave me an estimate but I didn't find them very thorough. They actually didn't provide an estimate at all and didn't seem interested in doing the job.

I've had some issues with Bone Dry on multiple projects in the past year on inspections, minor repairs, chimney repairs (masonry division), and roof cleanings. With roofing, the vast majority of problems have been with the back office and communication. It boggles my mind that I've had to hassle them to send me quotes for jobs that I would like to pay for. I've had no major concerns with quality of the work - that has been relatively good. I did have one issue with a dented gutter due to improper ladder placement and a manager came out and had it replaced at no charge and also replaced another small previously dented section at no charge. So, while it hasn't been perfect, I'm going to continue to give them some chances to improve. I have a very dangerous roof to work on so I prefer to stick with a household name who I know is well insured.

Hector came on time, worked quickly, was polite and fixed the problem.

Workers showed up on-time, finished their work in a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and did a great job.

The rep showed up on time, he promised an estimate, and he never got it for me, he mentioned problems with their satellite imaging, then it was problems with the phones.

so far so good. But i just received a bill from them for services already paid for through Angie's List.

Very poor customer service. I took the day off to be there for when they came to look at my roof. They never showed and I tried to call their office and was put on hold for very long time and then they tried to reschedule at a later date when they were suppose to be there today. Also I try to talk to the manager and was put directly to their voicemail.. The whole experience was unprofessional.

I could not be more pleased with the result. They worked around the rainy weather we were having in July since I was concerned about that. They came out as planned first thing in the morning and worked the whole day and the next to finish the job. They stayed late the first day taking extra care around the dormer area where we have had leaks before and told me that they did that because they knew I just wouldn't be happy with the job unless they took extra steps to seal that area up real good. When you pick an "A" rated company off of Angie's List, you expect them to do a good job. But every now and then you come across a company that surpasses any of your expectations. They fall into a class above "A" and Bone Dry is that type of company. It's no wonder when you drive around the city that you see their signs in so many peoples yards. Everyone is recognizing them for the great work they do!

I experienced a leak on Sunday night and left messages for several roofing companies that evening. Other companies returned my call the next day, on Monday. Bone Dry Roofing did not return my call until Friday, 5 days later.

We called them to inform them that the leak was still there and they came on July 17th. We were told by Matt that a water test would need to scheduled the next week. That did not happen. I called on Monday to inquire about this finally got a call today. Unfortunately, I was told that they would not be able to come until August 13th or 14th... I told them to forget it...I expect that if we pay for a fix and it does not prove to be effective that a company so highly rated on AL would actually come back to finish the work less than a month after the initial fix. 7/31/2015 I wanted to update the review as I have had the pleasure of getting a call from the owner who has arranged for our Water test to be done tomorrow morning. I appreciate this follow up and look forward to getting our leak fixed.

They did a good job. I will recommend them. They are one of the better companies for that type of work. I had one other estimate and it was a lot more expensive than Bone Dry. They came at six in the morning with their truck and they were all women with three young men. The women put up the ladder and then left. Then these Mexican men came and did the work all day.

One time, very efficient , polite , and cleaned up the ground around work area. answered all questions promptly and thoroughly

On March Jan 20, 2014 I had an Ice Dam Removal repair done to my home; the cost was $275.00. Bone Dry told me what I needed to have done. On March 10, 2014, I agreed, and had a gutter apron placed on my roof and gutter- cost $352.50. The very next year, I had the same problem in the same place. it cost me $ 350.00. Bone Dry told me that they did not tell me that it would fix the problem; however, they did tell me it would fix the problem. Why would I have paid $ 332.50? READ the fine print and read the Proposal. Bone Dry offers no warranty on any projects unless stated otherwise in the propsal above. Our family has used Bone Dry for years. However, in the last few years we have noticed a declined in their quality of work and work ethic! TOTAL COST $ 957.50

Everyone was polite, friendly. They had quite a bit of confusion about the bill until I spoke with Angie?s List, and that got settled. They were late, but they did call before they were late to let us know.

It went well. Service person was great in getting us back to our respective places.

Repairman started on date/time that I was told. The roof needed replacing of 3 damaged roofing tiles. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. After work was performed it was explained to me, what had been done to the roof and that my gutters were in good shape. I was told I would need a new roof in year(I knew my roof was past due). The estimator gave me price that was in line with 2 others that I received. The warranty and work being done by hand nailing has Bone Dry at head of list to get my business for new roof.

Estimates went well. Workers were on time, good communication. Office staff was not as effective. Great clean up and respect of property

Bone Dry Roofing did a great job. The estimator was friendly and timely. The crew was very professional and made sure we were happy with the work done. Honestly, they did an incredible job. They kept us informed during the process and made sure before they left we were perfectly happy. They went above and beyond in every way. They built plywood teepees over our flower bed so the shingles would fall on the plants. Two guys spent the day just cleaning up the landscaping and making sure no nails or screws were in the landscaping or lawn. They offered to replace the black flashing with brown to match the shingles and paint color at no extra cost. Excellent job, great group of people that really care. Service was a 10 out of 10!!
