Description of Work: Diagnosed my leaking gutter and made a quick fix at no charge. I need some other gutter work and will definitely call bone dry for it.

Description of Work: I had a problem with a gutter along the garage where the roof was flipping up which was causing the water not to get to the gutter and where the water did fill in the gutter did not have the correct pitch and was leaking. Bone Dry replaced my old gutter and fixed my problem so am very happy now.

Description of Work: I used Bone Dry Roofing based on friend and neighbor recommendations. BDR performed tare off and installation of new shingles as of 21 May 2015. From the get go everyone (receptionist on the phone to sales to site manager) was professional, courteous and answered every questions I had. They also helped me by suggesting/discussing aspect of the job I was not familiar with or had no idea. |The job itself was performed in a timely manner, job site cleaned up as if no roofing has taken place. The roof looked very nice and many of my neighbors have made positive comments about the entire work. |I used BDR based on recommendation and I certainly would recommend them and would use their services for other jobs in the future. |P.S. |I did not evaluate them on the price since they were the only company I called and was happy with what they were presenting. | |

Description of Work: We had some minor damage as a result of some type of leakage from a skylight in an upstairs bathroom. We contacted Bone Dry, got an estimate on a timely basis, and went forward with the repairs. They repaired the outside area and then handled the inside portion. The entire bathroom was painted at the completion. The service tech did an excellent job, was very professional, and also cleaned up the entire bathroom. We would definitely recommend Bone Dry and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a home with a less than one year old roof done by Bone Dry. |Water was coming into the home when it rained. I called bone dry to use the warranty for the roof. The man they sent was an arrogant smart a**, who does not know how to deal with customers. After he left, I called the company and told them I did not want him to come back to my home. There too many companies selling roofing to have to put up with that kind of poor customer service.

Description of Work: We had a leak on our roof which required extra flashing around a vent pipe. They were very professional and easy to work with. The spot started leaking again and they came right out. Turns out that they didn't replace a cap on the pipe, but they fixed it quickly with no problem.
