Description of Work: Beware. It felt like a bait and switch routine working with them. Quote was for $345 in February for flashing repair on roof leak. I request the work to be done two month later and the company didn't send repair person but another person to re-quote the work. Not sure why but the job was now quoted at $1,200. The second person quoting the work couldn't understand how the first person came up with $345 even though the first person was the supervisor. I'm okay with paying $1,200 for the work but not comfortable with the bait and switch routine. I couldn't trust them after that. Would the actual work come it at $2,000? I will use someone else just based just principle. Someone from the office called to follow up on the service level. Said they would check into conflicting quotes but never got back to me after that.
