Description of Work: Inspected roof, replaced a few shingles and caulked. They did such a great job that we had them come back and inspect the roof again after the last big wind storm.

Description of Work: Came to replace a box vent.Ended up replacing the wrong one. They came back the next day and replaced the correct one. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and very professional. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Called the office 3 times to let them know the claim for the roof was approved. I was told they would give the guy in the field the message. I left 2 messages on his voicemail but he did not return the calls.

Description of Work: They did a great job, matched the shingles perfectly, showed up on time. The only problem I had is that they didn't come talk to me before or after they were done like they did before. I have a roof vent that we have had issues with leaking and I didn't get to talk to them about the issue. Other than that it was a great price and they always have done a great job for us!

Description of Work: We called them for leak in rook, that we noticed because it was leaking inside our home. A rep came to our hour2/4/16 and assessed that it was leaking around the flashing by our chimney. They told us they would be out 7-10 days. They called the after a week to say they had to push it out another week. We did not hear from them for over 3 weeks and we were having rain and storms and it was leaking into the house again. Also the forecast was for 3-6" of snow. I was upset that they had never called back. When I called them that day (it was pouring) to see if they had forgotten us/when were they going to fix our problem. He was abrupt with me on the phone and said they had no one to come out that day. I reminded them that they were way past when they were supposed to come and had not even called us. I was asking if they could at least send someone out to tarp around the chimney. He told me he would call back in an hour and did not so I called him. He said he had no one to come that day. It appeared to me that they were not taking any responsibility for getting the job done as they had promised. I kept calling him until I got ahold of him. I didn't want to have serious internal ceiling damage done, so the next day I insisted that they send someone to tarp. They did come the following day and originally he told me I did not need to be home, but when the man called the next he was at my house and asked why I wasn't home to let him in. I had gone to work and reminded him that yesterday I was told it wasn't necessary. He said he needed to go inside to see if the their was internal damage. I told him I could be there in 30 min and he said he would wait. I got there in 20 min and he was gone, but they had put a tarp up. I called him back and he told me that he had waited the 30 min and had to leave, but that was not true, because I was surprised that I was able to make there in 15 min. They came back a week later and completed the work. I was very disappointed with their communications or lack of. I have used them 2 other times to have roofs put on 2 other homes and I wondered if since my repair was not a total roof, that I was just put at the bottom of the list until I called and had to be insistent. In the past I was always satisfied, but I would be hesitant to use them again. Also I have recommended that to others and I would not do that now, because of the way I was treated.

Description of Work: Had bought the roof inspection big deal. Setting up was a breeze, performed the caulking, inspection and also replace 6 damaged shingle |Will go back to them if I need any roofing service

Description of Work: Stripped off old roof; new textured shingles, underlayment, anti-freeze gutter protection and new wider guttering was added. Would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing for all your roofing, gutters, masonry repairs and insulation concerns.

Description of Work: They replaced a few shingles, put a new boot on and fixed many nail pops on the roof. They provided pictures of the work and a detailed estimate of recommended repairs. I will use them again.
