Description of Work: Provided an estimate for the repair of our roof that sustained wind damage. Estimate was through and reasonable. We requested assistance in handling our insurance claim for the repairs. One of their experts was scheduled to arrive to coincide with our adjuster's visit. We would have preferred to meet with this individual prior to this meeting to discuss our current and past claims. Unfortunately this was not possible due to providers busy schedule. We cancelled and when with another supplier. All dealings with this provider were very professional.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in the roof over my garage. We couldn't tell where the leak was originating, but the repair person found that the original roofer had not overlapped the seams correctly at one of the joints where the roof of the house met the roof of the garage. They were prompt, courteous and we've not had any recurrence of the leak.
