Bone Dry Roofing

Good – they were supposed to start on 9/15/16 but were a day behind on another job. They called and rescheduled for 9/16/16. they arrived that morning and tore off old roof & put on new roof in 1 day. Roof looks great. Gutters put on 9/21/16, they look great also.

It was a great experience. They had good service, on time delivery and reasonable pricing. They did quality job and they were on time. It was quick and excellent work. They did good job.

They were very thorough. They replaced some boots on my sewer pipes and they caulked around several spots that had either loose shingles or cracked shingles. They were just very thorough. They did a report on the roof and the shape of the roof. The person that came out was very professional. They seemed to be very organized. Everything worked like clockwork. He came out at the time he said he was going to come out and just seemed to be very thorough about what he did to check the roof and the repairs that he made to the roof. My interaction with them was very good.

They did a nice job and the pricing was good too so it worked out fine. They ended up having to make some changes on the job. The fellow that did the estimate ended up doing the work a little differently, but in the end it was done well, and it came out fine. This was an almost flat roof and I don't know that he had that much experience frankly with more industrial-type work. For just a regular roof job, I think he did a nice job and their pricing was good, and they got it done timely. We were quite pleased. They were professional.

They quoted the job, but I decided to go with another contractor.

It was great. Booking was easy, team was very courteous, Person that came to inspect roof was on time and very professional. Very happy with service, would use again. Had only inspection and no roof service since there was no damage. Did not charge us for the service.

Refused to do the job after I paid claiming it was out of their "Angie's List" service area ??? It was within their "normal" service area as checked on their website. The payment was refunded but I still had to deal with the inconvenience of trying to get the issue resolved. Why isn't the service area mentioned in the fine print ? I think Angie's List is partially at fault for this issue. A L has a general statement that the offers are for the "Indianapolis area", but is not defined explicitly. So what is meant by "Indianapolis area"?

I had a small roof job done. Tim Minton came out today and did the job. I wasn't expecting the job to be done this soon. So I'm very pleased about that. Tim cleaned up the mess and took away the satellite dish that was removed. The siding piece that had to be replaced I was very pleased with. Since the siding I currently have has been discontinued. Thank you so much Tim.

Excellent. They sent out an emergency crew for a reasonable fee and took care of our leaking roof and helped prevent any water damage to our home. I have since referred them to family members.

Today I met with Scott for an estimate. Scott was amazing. He looked at everything. Went on top of my roof, in my attic and also checked out the water damage on my ceiling inside the home. I also have a very small job of drywall I need done. Scott was able to recommend someone for that job. Scott was able to get me an estimate before he left. He was very knowledgable. Once the job is scheduled and done I will post another review. As of right now I'm truly loving what I see and hear from this company.

Was able to come out 3 days early. Started at 10 and was done by 5. Everything was picked up, could never tell they were there.

Although it took a couple of weeks to get scheduled they came out and did a great job. Everything looks great. I purchased the big deal and it came out just right for the repair.

First Bone Dry sent out someone to give us an estimate and look at the issues. The man sent out was extremely knowledgeable about what all needed done. Bone Dry Roofing guys were so professional and paid very close attention to detail. It was extremely hot and humid but they showed up each morning around 8:30 and didn't leave until usually 6:30 and sometimes later. Our rotted boards were all replaced and the leak was fixed. We also have a beautiful new composite deck!

Sales rep very knowledgeable & explained all in detail. Promptly provided cost estimate & provided 2 sample boards to help me decide on exact color. Shingles delivered and planned. Crew & Supervisor on time on the 8th to do the job. Protected my deck & rail keeping did a great clean up after wards.

On time started 5-26-16, finished 5-27-16. Roof overall looks good. Bent gutters, gutter guards, nicked paint of gutters and window frames, didn’t secure one area of gutter apron, came back & fixed it.

The opener wouldn't work and the door was half open. After calling the door com[ay and checking everything I was convinced that somehow the pounding had shaken a wire loose. They disagreed, and management asked a roofer to come down and check it out with me. It was then that I pushed a switch that I had ignored since moving in. I was horrified to learn that the culprit was me, as I must have knocked the switch myself . The roofer was as kind and gracious as a human could be. I immediately called management and told them. The manager was likewise gracious. I hadn't meant to test them in this way, but their professionalism was consistently high. ?After the roof was repaired the cleanup was complete and I was shown "after" pictures. I feel certain that the repair is a good one; it took the better part of a day. I am absolutely sure that this is a company of fine people.

Installation went well until 2 weeks later decided to check the ridge vent install. The ridge vent install was incomplete, only one side completed on both roofs. Reported to John Strobl who approached me in 3 days and reviewed my camera shots of the vent installation and uncovered gable vent. He stated the crew boss should have caught that and agreed to take care of it. I have waited now for a response for two weeks still no follow up from John.

Active leak was discovered during hard rain and they had a 24 hour emergency line. A worker was out to tarp the area in under 2 hours of reporting the leak to prevent further damage. Everyone was professional and very responsive. They pointed out errors made with our former flat roof install, which we validated with another contractor, and I'm confident in the quality of the work. They completed not just the roof repair but also the ceiling and dry wall including paint. Good one-stop shop. Sky light replacement was also well done and they were accommodating when I asked them to re-angle a few days later to ensure water run-off with no additional charge or hassle.

The overall service received and workmanship displayed was excellent. I was very cost conscious in replacing my roof, but I was not necessarily looking for the cheapest option. I was more concerned about the best value. I received some quotes that were slightly ($600-$800) less than Bone Dry, but their reviews were not nearly as good as Bone Dry's. I figured I would go with Bone Dry for the peace of mind. I originally worked with Jeff K and he was very courteous and knowledgable when he came out for a consultation. He did not pressure me in any way and took my cost-conscious approach into consideration. After scheduling with Jeff weeks after the initial consultation, they were able to come out a couple weeks later. I was in contact with Stuart (production supervisor) and he was excellent in terms of communication. I was away during most of the installation and he kept great contact (through text and phone calls) with me to keep me in the loop with where the project was. We did a final walkthrough as the end and there was no debris in sight. They took a magnetic roller through the yard and driveway to grab all the nails. Spending thousands on a new roof is something that nobody ever looks forward to, but I can say that I have the peace of mind knowing that it was done right and in a professional manner. I felt comfortable the whole way through. I never felt pressured or up-sold on anything. I even received some tips on what to look for when getting other quotes, just to cover my tail. They never asked for money up front and I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. Excellent experience!!

Provider inspected the roof and gave me a quote for the cost to replace it along with some shingle samples. However, he told me we could probably get away with our old roof for another year or two and recommended that we have them come back and inspect after next winter to see how it's doing. REALLY appreciate that assessment as that was part of our concern whether we or not we could wait. Not too many providers will give you that honest an answer! Very impressed and will definitely consider them for next year. The only downside of this provider is that they are very busy, so you need to plan ahead if you want them to come out the inspect or to do work.

I first met with Mark Glover and Bill Ziegert on the day after the storm. They were both very professional and did a preliminary inspection to insure that there was no immediate threat of internal damage. The following day, Chad Buck and Mark were present when my insurance adjuster inspected the roof. I felt that their input was very important in insuring that the insurance adjuster recognized all of the damage. At that time Chad also covered a number of areas to prevent any leaks until the roof could be replaced. There was a bit of a communication gap when I was waiting for the final quote so that I could make a decision on the work to be done. I'm not sure what the delay was, but when I contacted Bill, he was able to get the quote to me the following day. Josh Gibbs, Production Supervisor, was outstanding. Very personable and professional. He explained everything that was taking place and answered my questions thoroughly. All of the workers were great. Everyone with Bone Dry was very knowledgeable, professional, and took my situation seriously. This gave me confidence that the work would be done with the same level of care. I chose Bone Dry even though they were the highest of the 3 estimates I got because I felt that I could trust their work. They provide an excellent warranty on both materials and labor and they do not require payment until after the work is completed.

They were prompt. They were professional and on time. Cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

Process as a whole went very well. From initial contact to repair took longer than anticipated or expected, We also called after a major wind storm so the load was very high. We also still had a solid roof without leaks, had we had damage causing an immediate need I am comfortable it would have flowed faster. Once all the back and forth with the insurance company was done the process flowed quickly to the install date. Morning of the install the team arrived on time and began promptly. Based on the way they worked together it was obvious this team has worked together a long time. They worked hard, laughed a lot, but never stopped moving. The entire roof from tear off to clean up was done in under 6 hours on our 2 story and watching them work, they still focused on quality. Hopefully will never need their services again but if I do, they are the first I'll call.

Very professional ex roofers ex clean-up broke TV dish walked on my onions. Very upset, protected shrubs & flowers very well.
