Bone Dry Roofing

Inspector/estimator did not show up for the appointment. Bone Dry did not respond to a mail message I left 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. When I finally reached them the next day, they claimed I did not even have an appointment. This in spite of their call to my work (while I was en route to my house) to make sure I would be there for the appointment.

Excellent work. This is the fourth roof I've had them do (two houses and two garages) and I can't imagine using anybody else.

They came the next day. They were able to repair the shingles. I thought I would have to replace half of the roof but he said it just needed repaired. He did a good job.

No complaints from my husband so it must be good!

They never called back. It has been over a week.

Bone dry did an excellent job. Their price was competitive and they did the job quickly with minimal disruption. I was so pleased with my experience with bone dry that I re-contracted with them to install replacement windows throughout our home.

This was my second experience with Bone Dry. Their work was completed quickly and accurately. I had a few follow up questions on window function, and my phone calls were returned quickly and someone came to our home to inspect the windows per my questions.

The work was done promptly. The roofers appeared competent and efficient.

They were marvelous. People come up to tell me how great it looks. The worked from 9am to 8pm non stop. I was really impressed with them because the boss man himself came out. It was the lowest bid of 4. He was the only one that told me the chimney was bad.?

Called them for roof repair estimate. They were prompt in setting up a date and time for an estimate. Eventually I cancelled the appointment for personal reasons.

Excellent service. The individual who came was very professional and informative. He went up on the roof and looked in the attic and told me that my roof had another couple of years on it. He had suggestions as to where the two leaks had originated and how we could handle those. There was no charge for his service call. I felt I was being treated VERY well.

Called them on Monday and they were out the next day to fix it! I was very pleased with their work.

Good experience - Sam was very good about calling ahead to schedule the work. Didn't have very much damage, so I was billed their minimum service charge.

Initial call was followed up promptly, and an appointment was scheduled to look at roof and to provide estimate. Steve Curtis was on for the scheduled appointment, was professional and explained potential sources of leaks and recommended course of action. The work was completed in a timely manner and no further issues or leaks have been noted. Entire experience was great. I definitely would recommend Bone Dry!

We received an estimate for a new roof, we had three estimates and did not choose Bone Dry, but would consider them in the future.

Both the person who did the estimate and the roofing men that completed the repair work were very nice and professional. They took the time to explain the problems and what needed to be done. It took longer for them than any of the other companies to come out and do the estimate but they seemed to be very knowledgable.

The distance from their business to our house has not changed since they accepted our job. They did come at a different time, and when we compared their bid to others it was too high. For a local service, they're fine but for long distance their price is high and there are scheduling problems.

We had a leak near a bay window around a bulkhead. We called a handyman from Angie's List to fix the problem and he told us we needed to get the outside fixed before he would do the work. He recommended we call Bone Dry. I called them on a Monday and they came out Tuesday morning. They sent two men out who couldn't have been more cordial and professional. It took them all of 5 minutes to find the source of the leak, which was excessive caulking on a window on the second floor. They didn't even charge me anything to tell me where the problem was. I was extremely pleased with their work, service and expertise. They fixed the problem with a pocket knife (the weep holes were covered by excess caulking and water came gushing out when they did so). It was the most pleasurable experience I've had with a contractor in my life!

It is a Pella window. Shawn was excellent. He was articulate, on time and even given the weather, he was still on time.

They were professional and they did everything the right way. They called when they were suppose to, they came when they were suppose to. They cleaned up and the roof is just beautiful. I can't say enough good things about them. Their price is right, they did not overcharge.

They were polite, very informative and they were good on time. They were very professional. They cleaned up afterwards. They put down traps. There were some problems with the new skylights not conforming to the old ones but they figured it out and kept going. It took just under two days. This was in windy winter weather. Highly recommend.
