Bone Dry Roofing

It was a warranty job and they stood by it so I am happy. They are very professional, came when they said they would and they stood by their work from 10 years ago when a problem developed, which I thought was very fair. That's a long time ago so I was happy with the experience. And my roof doesn't leak.

They did what they said they would.

Bone Dry completed a complete tear off of roofing replacing with high quality roofing on my one-story house. Supervisor, Jose, called early to tell me the crew was on their way. They arrived on time, quickly began work covering windows, shrubs, and beginning tear off. They worked steadily through the cold (low 30’s), windy day finishing in one day! Jose quickly and patiently answered my many questions throughout the day. His texts and pictures of their progress and later a complete walk through while explaining all changes were very helpful. A great job was done in cleaning up the yard and gutters. Insulation was also added to attic with the process explained to my satisfaction. All employees were professional, and I would definitely use Bone Dry again.

There was no charge. Their price was outrageous compared to, it was 2 ½ times what another company was.

They do good, quality work. I give them all A's! They even left me a extra bundle of shingles in case something ever goes wrong.

They are the only company I know that uses nails and not staple guns and to me that's a plus. They didn't charge me extra to use a 30lb paper and used a high quality shingle. They also re wrapped my chimney. They really did a lot that other roofers don't do. The price was competitive and did a wonderful thorough job cleaning up.

I didn’t have any problems with them. They did good work. They were professional all the time. The price was kind of high I thought but I’m not a homeowner that long so I know roof isn’t cheap either. The price was reasonable I guess.

They did a very thorough job and cleaned up all the old shingles and wood trim that had rotted around the chimney. They were very organized and did not take any breaks or stop working. They painted the trim to match the remaining trim on the house and the shingles match so well that you cannot tell they are newer than the old ones. They used 30 year shingles also. Everything was reasonably priced and since we are Angie members we received a 5% discount on everything.

Very well. They explained their review and educated us on roof damage. We would use them again.

The sales rep & construction superior were very courteous & professional and followed up on some of items that were overlooked. They kept me up-to-date on the progress. I also liked the fact that they pulled the service date forward became there was rain in the forecast on the original service date.

The workers do not know how to read. And showed up on a day different than what was scheduled, which also causedd problems with access. The estimate was to paint exterior trim and repair rotten wood. About 66-75% was painted: about half of the garage trim and about three fourths of the house. The back side of the house was not painted. Why, I have no idea. Wrong color used on trim too. The color was close but not what I had specified since I gave the manufacturer and color name and number to the guy who did the estimate. In addition the guy who replaced the rotten wood replaced only the exterior portion, not the portion that was rotten that the replaced piece was attached too. So now there is a two inch gap between the foundation and the bottom of the rotten wood segment and I will have to have both pieces removed and replaced. This guy also removed perfected good wood on the threshold from the wrong door. When I notified the salesperson/estimate guy, nothing was done. I do have to say that when I complained directly when the bill came, and stated my demands for a reduced bill because of the errors and damages, the owner did respond promptly and met my demands.

I am so pleased with the work done by Bone Dry Roofing together with Addison H&A/C on October 8, 2016. The heat stack was rusted, had splits in it, and was the wrong height. Dave Addison replaced the heat stack and cap and added a collar (which doubles the life of the heat stack), and he also checked the fireplace. Hector with Bone Dry Roofing prepared the heat stack removal as he took off architectural shingles so that Dave could put in the new heat stack. Then Hector put in new shingles around the new heat stack. In January of 2016, Hector had replaced the flashing around the soil pipes (one was leaking) and added a collar to double the life of both pipes. That is when Hector noted the rusted heat stack and said that I really needed to get it taken care of this year. Bone Dry recommended Dave Addison, who works with them on many jobs that require H&A/C. Neither company takes short cuts—they do what is needed! Both Tracy Whisman and Sheila McPherson in the office at Bone Dry and Michele Addison who handles payments at Addison were easy to work with. I highly recommend both companies for a quality job at a fair price.

Nick answered all my questions and returned my calls. The crew was fast and had my roof on in about 3 hrs. They kept me updated by sending pictures on my cell phone. (wasn't able to be there). They did a follow up walk around with me, before payment. I would recommend them to friends.

Process was great in the beginning. Our sales rep, Andrew, was very polite, professional, and very helpful. He remained a positive constant throughout the entire process. Pricing is very high, but the work was done well. Had another positive experience with the masonry team, but the roofing crew did not meet expectations. The crew supervisor was not familiar with the ventilation fan we purchased and was not familiar with how to install. Even stating, "I've never even seen one of these". Not what we were hoping to hear at the start of the expensive job. Overall, we're happy with the work that was done and would work with Bone Dry again in the future. We're left with the reassurance we have a quality roof for years to come.

Bone Dry showed up on time and replaced the roof on sections as it was scheduled to rain. Because of this they took 2 half days to complete but completely cleaned up. The crew and supervisors were very knowledgeable & courteous.
