Bone Dry Roofing

Bone Dry did a great job. The representatives were very professional and courteous. I needed some last minute adjustment, and they were very cooperative and easy to work with. The work crew was great and did a very good job. There were some touch-ups to be done, and the crew came back the same day and took care of everything to my satisfaction.

They were very good. They arrived sooner than expected and completed work in 1-1/2 days. They had good cleanup and good workmanship.

Overall, it went well. The house roofing took only one day, the garage a bit longer. The guttering, which was subcontracted, took longer than we expected, but was done well. While we are very happy with the company and the service, we were dismayed that a portion of the roof did leak at first, mainly because of a flashing issue with a complicated part of the roof. But Bone Dry responded quickly and well and you can't ask for better than that! I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of high quality roofing. And I love it that they hand nail rather than nail gunning. The roof looks stunning!

The roofing was not done until September. (This is very busy time for roofers. They came on appointed day and took three days to complete the work on a large house and garage. There were some issues that came at inspection concerning a Ridge Vent. Due to the fact that I could never talk to the actual roofing personnel (they spoke a different language) they installed the ridge vent which was on the proposal but with a question mark to indicate it needed a decision. At the inspection this was cleared up and the ridge vent is removed.

Work was done rapidly and well, including clean-up.

They did a very nice job. I would have liked a little better job on clean up but not bad.
