I give them an A+ on everything. They came right out and did what they were supposed to do. The job went excellent. and the price was very good. They did leave a bit of a mess, however there were a couple of cosmetic things that they had left to complete.

The estimate was to get all of the work done in one day, however it was a big job. They got all of the installation done in two days and they cleaned up after themselves well. The work was in the ballpark of the other companies that we received estimates from.

They came out right on time. Everyone knew just what they were doing throughout the project. They took the time to clean everything up after the project and they got all of the work done when they told me that they would.

The crews for roofing, gutters, and painting each arrived on time. They were very polite and there was a boss on the job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up well. I can't get on roofs any more but from my vantage point on the ground all the work appeared to be well done. The only problem was in getting a certificate of work done from the gutter division. Painting and roofing complied quickly.

They came highly recommended by my banker and also had a high ranking on the list. They were the highest of the two estimates I received, but they did an excellent job. They were very responsive and had a large crew. It only took a day and a half to complete . They cleaned up well and were great with follow up.

They came out and gave us an estimate and even worked with our insurance company. They called to keep me updated. They called when the work needed to be delayed a day due to rain. They introduced themselves and the foreman on the job. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after both days. They were cooperative in helping me get our car out of our garage before work began. I was very impressed.

They did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the way they have done our roofing. The hill storm had damaged the windows, but the roof was fine. If we have any questions they will send somebody immediately. They cleaned up after themselves and they did not damage any of the plants or shrubs I had around my house. We had a deck and they moved all the furniture on the deck before doing the work. I did not even think about it and they moved it back. The crew was very good and conscientious. They were expensive, but they were worth it. We had an issue with the front door and it was leaking at the roof joint. They put some special stuff in the leakage so that the snow would freeze there during the winter.

I think the biggest thing is that they are honest. After a big hailstorm, most of the houses in the neighborhood needed new roofs, but the technician looked at my roof and told me I didn't need a new one. I did end up using the company for my siding and I am satisfied with their work.

The quality of work was good and I was surprised to see that they completed the whole roof in just one day. They had a large number of workers and they all knew what they were doing. They also had one person who spoke English and he was the interpreter for them. It was an interesting experience and they did a good job for me.

The tech examined the roof and said I had only minor hail damage. He confirmed my belief that there was not enough damage to warrant a roof replacement. Very professional and very knowledgable.

There was no charge for this visit, in fact there was an apology. They came when they said they would and performed the repair! I would recommend Bone Dry.

I've used Bone Dry for roofing repairs over the years, so when the June hailstorm in Fishers hit, they were the first company I called for an estimate. They completed the roof replacement in a day while I was inside the house, so I can attest to how hard they worked! They did a great job of protecting my cedar deck and pergola and cleaned everything up afterward. The roof looks great, and I expect I'll see the same high quality and attention to detail when they come back to replace my windows, siding, and gutters--thanks, guys!

Everyone who came out was very efficient and they got the job done quickly. Following the roof work we had a tree fall on our home and they came out and fixed the gutters for half price. I have been pleased with Bone Dry Roofing Incorporated and their service.

The roof was actually well done, according to another company. Unfortunately, there were a number of problems. First, the color of the shingles is wrong. When I mentioned this, they told me that it would lighten in the sun, but didn't offer to fix it, take off any money, or compensate in any way. Second, I stepped on a nail right outside my door and had to have a tetanus shot. They saw me coming and gave me no warning, and when they sent someone to talk to me about it, he simply said that that's something that happens with a roofing job. They have, at least, offered to pay for the tetanus shot. Third, they badly mutilated my butterfly bush. They offered to give me a gift certificate to take care of this, but I haven't gotten this yet. Lastly, when the supply truck came to my house they completely blocked me in my driveway. We had scheduled other work with Bone Dry, but have now cancelled it. I really feel that their customer service is lacking.

The job went very well. A special commendation goes to Shawn Breidinger who was managing another roofing job in the neighborhood. He took the initiative to look in on our job throughout the day and answer questions, etc. He made every effort to see the job was completed in a timely manner. Orlando and his crew did an excellent job installing the roof. We've used Bone Dry before and will use them again.

They were reasonably priced and had a good reputation. They did the job quickly and the crew was very good.

After I ok'd their estimate the company came within 5 days and installed the new roof, they arrived at 8 a.m. and work was completed the same day at 4pm. They were very professional and very clean - clean up around the house after work was just perfect.

They did a great job. I feel like they are very honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I don't need a new roof at this time but when I do I will certainly use this company.

Dan Shaw kept the appointment to give me a roof estimate. He was thorough and explained costs and included damaged window screens. He was very personable and left the roofing samples I requested. I was not satisfied with the siding estimate experience from Bone Dry Exteriors so chose not to use their roofing division either but would recommend Mr. Shaw to others.

They did a great job on scheduling the estimate and getting the job done within a week of the estimate. Very professional and friendly. As they were at my home the general manager noticed my beighbors overhang and gave me the card for them. I did not hesitate to recommend this company.

They advised me that I only had three shingles that looked like they needed replacement. I am wanting a second opinion.
