Bone Dry Roofing

The roof was completed in one day. For the roofing everyone arrived on time and did a good job of clean up. The Bone Dry representative had the ability to get the roof replaced whereas two other companies were unable to do so. Of course that is probably what experience and professionalism brings. With the skylights there were a couple of snags however Bone Dry responded promptly and corrected the issue. Customer Service is not a foreign concept to this company. At all times I was treated as a valued customer and my property was treated in a respectful manner. I would recommend this company to a friend.

We had used this company before, and we knew the quality of workmanship they provide. We received an estimate from them for the work we needed due to hail damage. As there were various repairs required, different crews came at different times, and performed all of the work in an excellent manner. Any problems that occurred were promptly addressed by the company to our complete satisfaction.

They were very good. Their crew was quite effective. You wouldn?t know that they were here after they left. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job. They went the extra mile for me. They had done all the work I wanted before I could even ask them to do.

We have used them several times in the past and we have had a very good experience with them. We have used them for many things and they are wonderful. Their prices are fair.

They did a good job. It was part of the hail damage repairs that we had done to the house. So, we had damage from the hail and they just replaced the damage. It was all part of the hail damage so I am not sure how much the price was.

Overall worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. It took 4 months duration from first estimate to final install. Quality was very, very poor. I had to follow-up with them several times to check on the status. Actually found out it was two companies doing the work....one for woodwork and one for the gutters. I had to follow-up with both to get the work completed. They billed me prior to the work being completed and both companies billed me for the same gutter work. It sure seems like they are good at selling and billing and nothing in between.

They did excellent work and cleaned up. I thought they were quite efficient. My husband is picky and he was perfectly happy. The price was good and they were quite punctual, too.

I had used them before to replace the roof that I have now. I had called them to get an estimate to replace a soffit at the back of my house. When they came out they didn?t want to do anything for repair. When I asked him if the whole soffit would be replaced they said there was no need to. When I called back to complain about it they said the whole soffit was damaged and that we needed to have it replaced. Their work didn?t last. By the time I got home the day that they were here it was in the same shape that it was when I left that morning. I had given them a number to call me at work and they kept calling my house and leaving a message there even though I had repeatedly told them to call me at a different number. They were on time when they did the replacement as well as for the estimate. I would never use them again.

Everything went very well. They were pretty responsive, and they took care of the few problems we had. I was happy with their work and would use them again.

This was the first time I used them, and my experience was very good. They were very professional and they did an excellent job. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

I dealt with Tim Jones with the estimate and he led the crew that repaired the roof. Prior to dealings with Bone Dry another contractor had repaired the roof (so I thought). On 8/4/09 after a really bad storm during the day, which was also one week after the repair, I came home to a living room soaked and the ceiling leaking from the same spot that was repaired. That contractor never returned my calls. I contacted Bone Dry after several co-workers and friends recommended them. An emergency tarp was put on the roof, and I was concerned that it would leak around the tarp, but it was put on so well that I had nothing to worry about. Tim and his crew showed up on time and were prepared to get to work. After removing the shingles and some of the water/ice shield he uncovered rotted wood (right next to where the other contractor worked), broken boards, and some places where the boards weren't even nailed to the joists!!! As a camera really didn't capture the damage, Tim asked me if I wanted to come up on the roof to look for myself. I don't like the part where you get on and off at the top of the ladder, but Tim and his men made sure I got on and off safely. They also redid the transition area from the original roof to the flat roof, applied the water/ice shield, and put new shingles on that matched the shingles on the original roof. Tim went out of his way to make sure my roof was repaired correctly which caused several trips for lumber and to pick up more shingles as they repaired more than what the estimate called for and that type of shingles was not easily found. Even before they started hand nailing the shingles on I could tell that the slope of the roof looked so much better than before. They also replaced a roof vent that caused a leak in the dining room. Turns out the other contractor didn't use the manufacturers premade holes in the vent when installing and made his own. Of course, it caused part of the old vent to crack and leak. Tim spoke several times to my insurance company about what they found and to the extend of damage and what it would take to fix it to avoid me having to make another claim in the near future if they only repaired the area on the estimate. Many thanks to Tim, his crew, and Robyn (in the office) for making an unpleasant situation less stressing. My roof hasn't leaked and I don't fear when the forecast calls for rain anymore. I plan on using their interior group to refinish the inside where the leak caused damage too.

I initially talked to Tim Jones. Hector Hernandez is the guy that came to do the work. He showed up on time, completely cleaned up, and did a great job! They always get the job done right!

We were impressed the sales rep. He was very professional and once the job was done, climbed up on the roof and took pictures to confirm the work was done as he had written it up. He was pleasant to deal with, asked about the workers in terms of their conduct, clean up after the repair, and if there was any damage done to our flower beds etc. We haven't had any problems with the work they did. The repair has held up nicely.

The owner of Bone Dry roofing told me I had no hail damage to my roof, that there had been no hail in my area according to NOAA (untrue) but that I needed a new roof. Then about 1 month later they put a new roof on my neighbors house (who had the same builder, same year house and type roof of roof as me) with a sign that said Hail Damage in her yard! When I called them about it and asked them how if NOAA said we had no hail as the owner claimed (but was untrue as NOAA report said hail) then how did my neighbor have hail damage. They said they just didn’t want to hassle with State Farm. In addition, their estimate was much higher than anyone else and then when they put her roof on they damaged my shrubs and side yard and put her screen door on backwards and she reported that they did something else to one of her windows.

They came out very quickly and repaired the roof for free. The previous installer did repair on the flashing of the skylight and they came out to repair this too. They also repaired all the damage that was done on the inside as well. Bone Dry was good on their guarantee.

They came with a large crew and got the job done very quickly. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They did a good job. The sales person with whom I spoke with was very timely and he answered all my questions, which I liked. They were very reliable unlike the other company that I contacted. The price was reasonable and the work was good.

Bone Dry has great customer communications with dispatcher, office, and others to keep us advised of the status of insurance claim, scheduling of work, and follow-up afterwards. Excellent installers. Eleven roof installers arrived, and did the job in one day without a hitch. Impressive well oiled team. Top notch, professional organization at all levels. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were punctual and the employee who did the estimate seemed to do a really good job. He got up on the roof and looked around then he gave us a bid. We accepted the bid and then we were supposed to hear something within 2 weeks and they responded four days later. An employee came out on a Saturday and made the repairs.

Everything went on well. They were pretty good. They were on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Their quality is pretty good.
