Bone Dry Roofing

Excellent Job. I should have relpaced the skylights last year when I had them do the roof, but opted not to figuring that they were not leaking then I should ne OK. The new skylights are much nicer than the old ones. I called them about what I thought was a roof leak and they came right out to check it out. They were almost apologetic when they told me it was the skylight since I would have to pay for it. They also gave me a quote, at my request, to just remove them and put on roof decking - this was about half the cost of the replacement. The gentleman that came out to replace the skylights did it by himself in about 3-4 hours and was very neat and clean - I did not have trash and debris around my yard when he was done, he picked up everything! I was very pleased and would definitely hire them again

Bone Dry's estimate was in-line with my insurance estimate, and I have used them for other repairs in the past. The only reason I did not go with them was that another firm was able to offer me an incentive (upgraded roofing shingles) in order to get the job. I asked Bone Dry if they could do the same, and the estimator told me "I just put the numbers in a program. That's all I can do." While my experience in the past has been good with the company, the fact that Bone Dry does not empower their staff probably cost them this job.

They were very good and cleaned up after themselves. They were priced very reasonably in line with everyone else.

Very kind and honest with their work. They did extra work without cost. They painted the fresh wood around the house around the chimney. They could have charged me for the extra work, but advised me the work was not necessary, and did not charge me for it.

Bone Dry was the lowest of three bids for a roof and gutter replacement. We found them to be punctual, responsive, and professional, with all cost items clearly explained. Our roof and gutters look great, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

We had roof damage this weekend and I called Bone Dry Monday morning at 8am. By 915am they had an estimator at my house. He determined he could make the fix himself, went back to gather materials, was back at my house by 1015am and the repair was done by 11am. Very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and quick response.

Overall, I am a very highly satisfied customer. The service along with a smile was way beyond what is expected or required. I was apprehensive at first, never using Bone Dry before, but my apprehension was UNFOUNDED. I would highly recommend Bone Dry to anyone who has a roofing issue. You can count on good service and honesty and integrity. He was here about 30 min, and it was a done deal. Not even the best part was that there was no charge...not even an April Fool's Joke...smile.

I did not like them. They told me I did not need a roof, and I did need a roof. They said I needed only one sheet of plywood, but I needed 16 sheets of plywood. I wasted my money and would not use them again.

We tried to get at least three bids from roofers. It was surprisingly difficult to get call-backs from potential roofers. We noticed Bone Dry signs in our neighborhood and decided to give them a shot. They came through in a courteous and timely fashion, from early estimate apptmts to scheduling to completing the work. My husband is somewhat of a DIYer and hated the idea of paying someone to do work he felt capable of doing himself. Turned out to be very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of the crew that did our job. Said he learned a lot more about roofing and general contracting skills from Bone Dry. Would hire them again definitely. This was our third re-roof in 30 years of marriage (different houses) and it was the best. Thank you, Bone Dry.

After contacting, they quickly sent out a guy to measure and prepare an estimate. The estimate was for a stainless steel cap that was over $2000 which was more than my budget could handle. Chose not to have the work done. Too expensive of a fix for a relatively small job. They did not offer an alternative solution.

Bone Dry is very easy and good to work with. They were very quick to get me a price and completed the work in a very timely manner. I have used them in the past and can highly recommend them.

We had a number of problems throughout the installation, although the roof itself is fine. They unloaded their materials directly behind my car, and blocked me in completely. They had to come back and move the materials onto the grass. When they tore off the roof, they left tar paper with nails in it, face up, on the asphalt. I stepped on the nail, which went completely through my shoe and foot, and required a tetanus shot. They threw debris and a hammer onto my butterfly bush, which was just coming back to life, and destroyed the bush. Then, the shingles they put on were not what we ordered. We needed brown shingles, and the ones they put on were black. When we spoke with their customer service, they told us, ?the shingles will fade and will look brown.? We couldn?t believe that answer was supposed to justify the fact that they had put on the wrong color. I did not want them back on my property at that point anyway. Later, Linda Wilson called and said they didn?t charge us enough for overhead and profit, and tried to get more money out of us. We found that they were trying to overcharge for other services, and they charged one of our neighbors significantly more for the same roof. They did put the roof on correctly, according to another company, but with the plethora of other issues we would not ever consider using them again or recommending them to anyone. Their lack of regard for safety and their completely disregard of their customers? wishes is appalling, and I would discourage anyone who asks from considering this company.

Spotted a ceiling stain and called Bone Dry to come take a look and give me an estimate. The problem proved small and the estimator sealed the leak while he was here. NO Charge!

Today they will be doing the siding job for us. As far as the roofing part is concerned the gentlemen named Curty was the sales person with whom I worked with. He was very thorough. He followed up with one of the owners Mr. Randy Judd who was the individual who gave me the initial quotation. He was very thorough. He explained the quote very thoroughly. That was one of the reasons why I decide to go with them. I knew they were one of the largest roofing companies and they were rated very highly on Angies list. They took the time to explain the quotation and followed up well. We will have the deciding people come today and probably within 3- 4 weeks we will have the gutter division come out and do the work too. I will have them do my entire house. The cost was covered by my insurance company.

They did everythign they said they would do. I was very happy with the job. They also put on some leaf protected gutters. We were very happy Bone Dry.

They are very professional and their clean up is outstanding. They are reliable. We have used them before and we were very pleased with their work.

They took off the old roof and hauled it away. They were professional, did a good job and did a good job of cleaning up. They showed up at the time they said they would and knew what needed to be done and how.

I have used them twice and have been satisfied both times. They were on time and were very nice to deal with. They made a lot of noise, but of course that couldn't be helped! I have no complaints.

They replaced our entire roof down to the first layer. Afterwards we weren?t happy with the way something looked. So they came back and found the water rot damage. They replaced that too around one of our windows. I think we had them come out before and their price was good. They were honest about whether the roof had to be replaced or not.

Brad Kupper, Mike, and Nathan did a great job of explaining to me what they were going to do. They did a good, thorough job. I had some trim that was rotting, and they replaced that. They dropped off the board that was needed, I primed and painted it to get several coats on it (preventing rot), and they put it up. That saved me money but took extra time for them to bring it out to me and then return later to put it up. They have helped me many times and I really like the company.
