Bone Dry Roofing

This company was very easy to work with. The estimate was given last fall and we did not schedule the repair until this summer since we needed to check with our insurance company on the damage and leakage that was occurring. We also did not want the work done in cold weather. When I contacted them they honored the original estimate even though the costs of their supplies had increased. The job was started and completed very efficiently in one day. I would definitely use their services again.

We were pleased with the repair, the men were timely and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. We found a fdew small pieces of roofing tile on the flower beds, but for the most part they cleaned up well. They even trimmed a tree that was drooping into the gutter, and cleaned some of the gunk from the gutters. They said the tiles would not match exactly due to fading of the original roofing but we didn't notice the difference.

Chad arrived on time, got on the roof and took measurements. He completed his estimate on site and gave it to me immediately. I have no complaints. In the end I chose another vendor because their proposal was more thorough and so was the estimate visit.

I had bone dry come out to my apartment building to work on a leak. It was hard to track down the leak do to the strange nature of the building. They suggested a few things and I went with that. It seemed to work for a while but then it started leaking again. I called them back out and I am not sure what happened to this company but they have completely fallen apart since last year. They have been out to my place 3 times with 5 different people. Each time they are there only to look and will get back with me. The Second time there were 3 people and I thought they were going to get to the bottom of this. While they were there they said that there work before was not done correctly. But given the situation they did not warranty that. Which is fine I just needed to get this fixed. They said they would go back and discuss this with a 4th person back at the office and let me know. 3 weeks later I called and no one there remembered me or my building. I escalated the issue there and was told one of the managers would come out excess the problem and fix it that day. I cleared a third day and waited for the manager to show. Well a manager did show but he was not the one that was supposed to. And he did nothing but take another set of pictures. He gave me his card, and said he would make sure someone would get back to me. Going on a month later and still no call back. I am calling other roofers now. Last year this company had it together but this year they are ate up like a soup sandwich.

I picked some companies from Angie's List out of the book and called to get some reports. The one company that impressed me after calling for estimates was Bone Dry roofing, so I chose them. I was very satisfied with the job they did. They always called in advanced, showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would. They came to go to work and did. I sat out in the yard and watched them. These weren't a bunch of kids cutting up. I was very satisfied with them.

Scott Watkins was our representative and he was a professional all the way through the project. Its amazing just how much work goes into something like this e.g. insurance, bids, material choice, whether to upgrade or not. The whole BoneDry crew was extremely professional. Our roof was completed in one day and cleaned up by nightfall, wow. They were quick to answer phone calls or return messages. We will definitely use BoneDry again.

We had a leak in our roof. We called Bone Dry and Ryan came out the next day to look at it. He quickly determined the problem, inspected the rest of the roof and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was very thorough and friendly. He said someone would be out the next day to plug the holes because they were running about 2 weeks for repairs. The next day a gentleman came out and actually did the work. We were very pleased with the quick response. We will definitely use Bone Dry again if the need arises.

It look longer than I expected but they did a very good job and did need to removed 2 old sets of shingles and replace several roof deck plywood sheets and, they left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. We have many plants, shrubs and trees around the house and the damage to them was very minor- much less than I expected.

It went fairly well. I have nail pops in the ceiling. I guess that may be inevitable though. One of the gutters isn't exactly leaning in the right direction. There has also been a leak where the roof meets the garage. However, this leak was there before the roof was repaired. We thought it was fixed, but it wasn't.

He was able to complete the repair and I haven't seen any reoccurence of water. So, I'm happy with that. I had someone come out here before for the same problem and that company wasn't able to help and said it would be something I would have to live with. The technician from Bone Dry, because of his expertise, was kind enough to give suggestions for other problems as well. I appreciated that.

We would not ever recommend them. It took us 11 months to get it resolved and it is still not satisfactory. It was crappy from start to finish. They didn't come out when they were supposed to; they changed dates. It was supposed to be two consecutive days and it dragged out for five days. They left messes. They were supposed to use their inside contractors and they did not. We are still finding nails to this day. The shingles were not put on properly so we have all kinds of gaps and errors and problems in our roof still. We had them come out and they did a partial tear down and replacement and it's still crap. We had a leak after they were done and we hadn't had a leak with our original roof. They were supposed to replace the underlinement and they didn't. They were rude when we asked them to come and inspect. They argued and yelled at my husband. It was bad and a very negative experience. We finally got the vice president to come out and he said that it was a crap job. We still would like to have it done by somebody else. They were the most expensive.

Very well. Started at 11am, completely finished at 5pm same day.

We had very heavy rain and suddenly had a leak from a pipe in our utility room. The company I initially called recommended Bone Dry Roofing. It had two phases, they looked over the project and determined that they needed to make a few repairs to the shingles on the roof and replaced a couple of caps. They performed the repairs on the 25th for $500.00. We have had a large storm since the repairs and have had no additional problems. They came back on June 1, 2010 they added insulation that they noticed we needed when they repaired the roof. They also gave us a discount to perform this work and charged us 1590. Everything went very well and they did a very good job. They always explained to us what they were doing and why.

It went well they advised on the day they would start and did a great job fixing the issues.

The entire job was done in a day. They had about 15 people. They were very competitive in price.

They came out promptly. Did an excelent and thorough review of the roof. Pointed out that roof was in good condition and showed small damage. They identified a collar around the pipes and replaced it. They said they could come out and do work on June 1 and they did. They didn't even charge for finding a nail that needed replaced. They were prompt, professional and explained things well. I couldn't be more pleased.

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing for an estimate on a metal roof. Dan Shaw, after many delays, finally contacted me and set up a time to come to my home to provide an estimate. While very pleasant and personable, even though he said I would havethe estimate in a few days, he never followed through and provided an estimate. I gave up on BDR.

A GUY CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I CALLED ABOUT A MONTH LATER AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY COULD START. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB.

They made a point of getting to it before closing, which was extremely pleasing. It actually helped the close to move faster.

We met with Cody Hergott who gave us a complete estimate of the project which included 30 year quality shingles with well engineered venting to prolong the life of the roof. We were given sample shingles on which we made our selection. On the scheduled day, they arrived with a sufficently large crew that worked hard and completed the project that day. The crew completely cleaned up after themselves and the new roof looks great. The cost was exactly as estimated except for some sheets of plywood that were required. This was not unexpected as we were informed that after removing the old roof, they might find some sheets that would need to be replaced. In fact the storage shed had to be completely redecked and their carpentry work was excellent.

The job cost a little more than we'd hoped, based on web lookups for skylight prices, but they advised replacing the 'flashing kit' that makes sure that no leaks can happen around the skylight no matter what. I liked that we didn't end up with a mess to clean up. The installer had us spread a blanket/tarp inside to make sure no mess occurred under the skylight, but only a few crumbs of old caulking fell through. The installer had dribbled a bit of white paint on our driveway, but offered to come back with solvent and clean it up. Given the ancient state of our driveway I told him not to bother, but I appreciate that he made the offer.

Very prompt to respond to our request. Kevin came, inspected our roof and was able to repair/replace shingles immediately. Kevin was very professional. Explained in detail what he found and how he would fix it. I would highly recommend them.

I was satisfied with the work and the price.

I don't remember the cost. They did a fine job on the roof for the most part. They were not perfect, but they were okay. They were on time and professional. There were a few minor issues with clean-up, but it was not too bad. I would consider using them in the future if I had to.
