I called Bobby and left a message. He called back almost immediately. I told him I had 9 screens in need of repair. He said he could pick them up that night and have them back in a day or two. He called the following day and said the screens were done and he could bring them by that evening. He came at the time arranged. The screens looked great...a very professional job.

I called Bobby at the beginning of the week and he called three days later. He setup the time for Sunday morning.  He came at the time he said.  He was here for 1 hour and a half. He replace the screen on the three patio doors and repair one door that was damage all for $90.00.  No fee for him to come out to do the work.

The dog rushed through the patio screen door ripping out a corner. Sent Bobby message through Angieslist. He replied quickly with estimate to fix it. Told him to call me to set a time. He called next evening and we agreed on an evening for him to come. He arrived on time and took the door off and fixed it in the driveway. All went well.

Bob picked up and dropped off the screen per our arrangements - a breeze to work with.

After finding Bobby Ingalls on "Angie's List" and leaving a message on the phone number provided,  Bobby shortly thereafter returned my call.  He provided options to come to my house or to take the screen to his place.  I opted to take the screen door to his place.  He provided clear directions and an estimated cost.  The next day he called to say the repair was complete and the charge was as he had stated.  The screen was returned in fine condition.

Bobby was great came to the house and picked up screens and brought them back a few days later. He even took the time to show us an easy way to get screens back in. Would highly recommend him over all other window screen replacement services!

Bobby picked up the old, damaged screens and scheduled a day to return to install. Obviously has had experience and knows what he is doing. He was professional and efficient. I wish everyone was this easy to work with.

He did a really great job. His price was substantially lower than the two estimates that we received from larger area contractors. He was friendly and punctual and added a couple of things that were not part of the original contract. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

He took his shoes off when he came into my house. That was not necessary but still appreciated. Bobby replaced both screens. He even removed all the staples that I had added on my DIY job. He is both affordable and reliable. My cat was very disappointed with his work. She put alot of time into ripping the screens so she could go out. I am sure she will be hard at work again this summer. I will definitely call Bobby again.

Bobby gave me a prompt estimate and came ready to work when he said he would. He was competent and had all the tools needed to do the job. He worked steadily and finished the job in a timely manner.

He makes house calls. He was always prompt and did exactly what he said he would. Each screen was about $28.50, and that includes delivery. The day that I called him, he called me back and said he could come out that day!
