I contacted 7 businesses to get estimates. 1 would NOT do a new roof; they would only do remodels. 3 companies NEVER even responded.Of the 3 that did respond, only 2 gave estimates. Bob Hodas was VERY prompt, courteous and professional. His price was the lowest and the workmanship was exceptional. I've done several roofs personally in the past but needed to hire this one due to the height, steep side roof (24/12 pitch) and my increasing age. He came when he said he would. Called when he said he would. Most of all he was very careful and particular that I was pleased with the roof. They cleaned the work site thoroughly; including usina magnetic broom to pick up any stray nails.
