Terrible customer service!!!

We purchased a refrigerator from Clark's. They installed it. We had water leaking from the water dispenser in the front of the fridge so we called to have them come back out.
They sent the installers back out--it took another 5 days. The installers found that the water hose had been leaking behind the fridge causing air to escape through the front-- causing the leaking we were seeing. We had water damage behind the fridge which leaked through to our basement ceiling. They sent out a company to look at the water damage--who damaged my wood floor further by not using protective floor covering when moving the fridge. This company didn't have the capability to remove the wood floor to allow the water to dry. They left having done nothing to solve the problem but causing more damaged.
We have been trying to get this damage cleared up for more than a month now. The water damage is still in the floor -no extraction.
My fridge is still leaking through the dispenser. Clark's service was suppose to have the part a week ago. Also---the service Manager dented my stainless steel door. That is on order and to be replaced also???
Do not use this company!!! Run to another retailer!!
