I found Bob through an online home search. I contacted him when I found a home he had listed. It already had an offer so I moved on. I had started my search without a realtor then after a couple months of trying to do it on my own, I realized it would benefit me to have one to assist. Bob was helpful during that initial contact so I did a little research and saw he had received high marks from others who had worked with him. Bob met with me, listened as I described what I was looking for, offering great suggestions along the way. It had been many years since I had last purchased a home, so I needed guidance. I got that with Bob. When I found the home I wanted, Bob was a great help through the whole process from offer to closing. He has continued to be in touch and helpful in answering questions and offering helpful tips as I prepare to make my move. His experience is evident and was a great help to me. I will definitely recommend Bob to others who plan to buy or sell a home.

In trying to sell a house, his advise was very helpful. All the people that he got together to get our house ready was very convenient. All of us had a lot of staying power through the selling experience and he was the kind of person that could keep you upbeat. He was kind of like a coach and helped us through the whole thing. He did a very good job of advertising an promoting the house and staying on top of it. Sometimes realtors get a little busy with too many homes to sell and you feel left out, but we never had that feeling with Bob. He was always right there and kept in touch every week with what was and was not going. He was recommended to me from several people in the company I work for.
