I contacted the store and spoke with Mike. He promptly came out to my house and called the treadmill company to determine what was needed. He got the part over night, and he came back the very next day to install it. Lucky for me, the part was still under warrantee, so I only had to pay for labor. He was very friendly, professional, on-time, and got the problem fixed quickly.

I purchased a squat rack, functional trainer (i.e. cable machine), weights, Olympic bar, and weight rack from these guys. They told me that they would call me to schedule delivery. Over the ensuing months, they never called me one time. After a month, I began having to call them (or show up at the showroom) for updates and they would give me a different story about why they couldn't fulfill the order yet. I eventually got them to deliver parts of the order just to have something, but I never did receive the weights. After 3 months, I had to ask for a refund for the weights. I understand that items are sometimes on backorder, but they should have called and kept me informed. The whole experience was very unpleasant and I will not use them again.

Shirley, the manager at the Castleton location, walked me though their display area and demonstrated the machines in my price range. She answered all my questions and arranged for their service rep to check out my existing machine to make sure it wasn't repairable. The service rep confirmed that the existing machine was shot. I met again with Shirley and finalized the machine I wanted and the pricing. They sold me a True treadmill and marked down the price 15%. I even negotiated a free floor mat to be thrown in with the sale. The charge for the service call was also deducted from the sales price. The machine was ordered and delivered in the same week. They even hauled away the old dead treadmill. So far I am pleased with the experience.

The service person called half an hour before the appointment to say he would be an hour late. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions. While he was helpful and did provide basic maintenance for the treadmill, I thought there would be more service for what I paid.

Our treadmill would not run but gave a readout code. I called this company and asked Chad if he could tell me what the code meant. He said no, he would have to send someone out. When the technician arrived he immediately informed me the code meant the heart monitor was not attached, my oversight, he attached it and the machine worked great. I was very disappointed that Chad did not tell me this over the phone. If he had I would have been more impressed with the company and referred others to them. As our treadmill had not been serviced since we bought it 5 years ago, I asked the technician to do so. He was very helpful and informative. The technician was A+ quality.

Excellent. Sales staff was helpful without being pushy. I happened to go in while they were having a sale. I purchased a floor model for much less than I thought I would have to pay. Delivery & set up went very smooth. Only took about 30 minutes.

The staff is very knowledgeable and were not pushy. Delivery team was very professional, punctual and fast. They setup my equipment in 10 minutes. I purchased an Octane elliptical and a TRUE treadmill. The equipment is fantastic.

Staff at the Carmel location were knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics. Delivery crew was on time. They were also exceptionally professional and fast. They came in and moved the unit to my basement and were careful not to damage walls. Unit was setup in 10 minutes, they explained the features and maintenance. I would do business with them again.

The service from start to finish was excellent. I purchased the machine at the Carmel store, through Shirley. She answered the phone when I called to inquire about the machine and she answered my exhaustive list of questions. I went to the store and tried out the machine I was interested in, as well as several other models. Shirley never tried to get me to spend, more than I wanted to and actually steered me toward a model, that was a little less expensive than the one I had originally looked at. The delivery was only $25 and worth every penny. The delivery guys, Jimmy & Paul were extremely careful with not only the equipment, but my entire house. The machine went in a small room, that is not the most accessible, but they got it and set it up with no problems and even moved my treadmill for me. Top notch service and selection.

Overall, very good experience. I pretty much had my mind made on what treadmill I wanted to purchase. That said, Rick Huse did a nice job of outlining pros/cons of particular model and even encouraged me to consider the less expensive model, unheard of in sales! He offered a lot of knowledge to buying process. Delivery schedule was flexible and was at our home within three business days of transaction.

The entire buying process and installation was seamless. The delivery of the treadmill was on time. The men who delivered and installed the equipment were professional and knowledgeable. Some other nice things about this company are they will move the equipment for you if you have to move for a nominal fee and and have staff that can repair equipment if necessary. I highly recommend them, would buy from them again.

WE FOUND THIS EQUIPMENT IN CHICAGO AND KNEW WE WANTED IT. NO ONE IN INDIANAPOLIS CARRIES IT. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO LOCATE THIS EQUIPMENT, PURCHASE IT AT WHOLESALE, PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO US, DELIVER AND ASSEMBLE THIS EQUIPMENT THEY HAD NEVER ASSEMBLED BEFORE. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. ALTHOUGH THE TREADMILL WAS SEVEN YEARS OLD, THEY REALIZED THAT THE REPAIR WAS A WARRANTY ITEM AND ORDERED THE PART AND INSTALLED IT FOR A $75.00 (NON-WARRANTY) INSTALLATION FEE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH ORDERING AND INSTALLATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOB BLOCK HIGHLY.
