I was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement. It was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered blue square vase and got lime green. It a boy and what I ordered said so in the title. Prominent flowers was inexpensive ones and overloaded with greenery. The two roses I saw were brown on the end. It was just plain not an attractive arrangement at all. Thought I would support local business but this was a mistake. Waste of my money.

Delivered on time, paid over the phone and even had a picture of different flowers sent to me to choose from. Bokay has some super sweet people work for them.

It went so smoothly Colleen and Stephanie made sure that it went quickly and professionally. The flowers were beautiful also.

This was a great experience, I am a guy and had no idea what I wanted or should get my wife. The staff was very friendly and helpful to guide me in the right direction! Colleen is the owner and she works from the store and invests in your purchase no matter how big or small. This is a great store with great people, and they have that easy to work with and home town feel. My wife loved her flowers that day, and all the flowers following since! I would recommend Bokay to anyone!!

The professionalism was amazing! They were detailed oriented and took the time to listen to our ideas. It was better than we could have imagined. I would recommend this shop to everyone! They are top notch!

I can't say enough good things about the lady that spoke with me on the phone! She told me that I am in good hands and that she put together a specialized arrangement that included : Daisies, Gerber Daisies, and Sunflowers. I have been a loyal customer of Bo Kay Florist over the past 3 years and they always go above and beyond. After I ended the call with her she called me back 20 minute later and made my day. She said, "I don't know what you did, but I added some extra love to your arrangement because I like you." I HIGHLY recommend this florist for any and all occasions, they will go the extra mile for you!

I ordered the FTD Sweet Devotion Bouquet for a friend's mother for her 80th birthday. I had the arrangement sent to my office and I was going to take them with me to her birthday celebration after I got off from work. The flowers were delivered to the front desk, and the desk delivered them to my office. I was horrified when I saw the arrangement of pink and lilac roses which were on their last life, fully opened with brown edges. Everyone in my office could not believe that a florist would deliver such an arrangement, which is obviously a representation of Bokay Florist. I also ordered the upgraded (BEST) arrangement, which this so called arrangement was not. I immediately called FTD who ask if they could have another arrangement delivered, would that be ok and I agreed. The FTD customer service person said that he could not find a florist in the area who could deliver that same day and he also said that he called Bokay and they refused to provide another arrangement. He then said that FTD would refund me the amount of the arrangement and I ask should I take it back to Bokay and he said that wasn't necessary. I then received a call from FTD at my office the following Sunday and said that they would only refund me 20% of the order. At this point I'll take the loss and tell everyone about my experience with Bokay. Needless to say that I did not take the arrangement with me and had to scramble after work to find another gift. Fortunately, I had the arrangement sent to my office and not directly to her birthday celebration, which could have been awkward and embarrassing. 

Purchased a white rose and a birthday card at a reasonable price. The products offered were delightful and the help was gentle and sincere. Well done!

Easy online order, and quick delivery. Delivery guy was persistent and polite. The company was very professional. The flowers were very pretty but last Thursday to Saturday before we had to throw them out. The flowers I buy from Kroger last 10 days and I pay a quarter the price. Won't use them again. Unfortunately it's just not worth the price for a few days of flowers.

Over the last few years we have received several flowers arrangements ordered thru 1-800 flowers. This site apparently uses Bo Kay florist for its service. We have received several flower arrangement as my Mother was ill and housebound for four years. Upon her death another relative (one.of many arrangements)sent us what should have been a basket of flowers and snacks to sustain is as we dealt with the funeral issues. The snacks were out of date, the flowers appeared.to have been dropped. When we called to state the details, we were treated with disdain.and, although we had pointedly stated.we just wanted it picked up, they contacted our relative, which embarrassed her and uswhen the person came to pick them up, she stated.she was just the driver and it wasn't her fault, which I'm sure was true but doesn't really help the situation. . The entire situaton was absurd. As our experience with them over the years was consistent, I will never order from them or use their services ever again. They clearly are not interested in customer service, nor do they seem to derive any pleasure in their work.

Went well. Plant delivered on time.

Everything was fantastic with them. I would use them again.

Just about a perfect job! Numerous complements on her work and we would them highly for any floral work.

The sales clerk was very nice and helpful. My problem was with the bouquet. I thought it was unacceptable for the good rating that Angie's List gave this florist. My sister's and I went in together for this bouquet, which was pretty plain. I was really disappointed, especially since my Grandmother lived to 98 years old. It is what it is though....I won't call BoKay again.

Upon entering store the phone was very busy and not enough employees to help out..which is a good thing (that the business is very busy - or at least at that space in time). So it was pretty chaotic. I had plenty of time to look at all of the knick knacks. They were out of stock on my first two choices but the 3rd choice (a type of Lily) was a go. The flowers arrived at the funeral home on time.

The flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement was nice, although I was expecting something a little larger for the money ($150.00, delivery charge and tax included). The arrangement was attractive and lasted last through the weekend church services, and the lilies had wonderful scent.

It was perfect. I use them all the time.

They gave us exactly what we asked for and it looked great. I don't know what the flowers should cost like.

My husband I were happy with the bouquets and arrangements they made. I would recommend their services.

They provided a funeral arrangement of flowers. They picked out a excellent flower arrangement and delivered it the same day. They did not charge me extra to have it delivered the same day.

They worked out very well, provided good service, and even gave us a discount for being an Angie's List member.

I won't go there again. It was just a retail buy. It was just a normal purchase. I can't tell you anything about it because nothing happened. It was a good service. I wouldn't recommend them. Their service was alright and the products that they had were very good but the place looked dirty and sloppy. It wasn't a good experience for me. I won't be using them again.
