They were extremely professional from start to finish. Always on time, and responsive. If there was something I was concerned about they addressed it as soon as possible. They kept me updated on all the progress. They treated all my questions as though none were stupid.  The tear out was done in a manner that the whole house did not suffer from the mess. The work was extremely detail oriented and finished within the timeframe estimated. There was a small leak which occurred and need to be rectified as it caused damage in the dining room. They immediately attended to it and ddi a terrific job fixing and repairing all damage.  We were very pleased with their work and all of the people who came to work at our house.

Bly Bennett was hired to remove flaking plaster and to paint the living room and a bedroom.  He did both of these jobs to my complete satisfaction.  There were some other smaller tasks in the house that he did as he said he would.
The year before his company remodeled my kitchen.  It was an good experience.  The work was done to my satisfaction,  he showed up when he said he would and guaranteed he would finish when he said he would.

Rob Bennett & his crew did a tremendous job & we plan to use them again for any remodeling project that we may dream up in the future.  We have a preference for "restoring" (as opposed to "remodeling") when we complete projects in our older home, and Rob is the perfect fit for projects like ours because he loves to bring old properties back to life.  The superintendent who was assigned to our job was Jay.  Jay & his co-worker were terrific to work with.  They were quick to answer questions we had, they met with us at times that were convenient for us, they were friendly to our pets, and they were always positive when unexpected issues were encountered.  The one piece of advice that I would offer for any remodeling project is "pay close attention to any/all allowances (offered by your general contractor) for items like tile, fixtures, etc."  During our project, we exceeded our tile allowance (for the bathroom) by quite a bit even thought I felt like Rob had a very good understanding of how the bathroom would come together prior to compiling the estimate.

He was always willing to compromise. He did great quality work. Overall, he was honest and excellent. I was very happy with his services.

Bly Bennett did a great job with the remodeling.  They had to create crown molding to match what was already in my room.  You would never be able to tell the original with the new stuff.  They also provided a good electrician for some work that needed to be done.

I can honestly say that our remodeling experience has been a true pleasure thus far! We are about 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through a major remodeling project, and it has gone very smoothly. Rob and Mitch are fantastic to work with. Rob doesn't just see problems, he offers real solutions. Mitch deals with the crew and day-to-day issues, and he is consistently on top of our project. I am very pleased with their work to date and can't wait to see the finished project!

From the beginning, I called Rob in to view the house and discussed what we wanted to do (prior to my bidding on this 'going for auction' almost 3/4 acre wooded lot). The mess that we began with turned into the home that we planned to create - so the results were fantastic. I emphasize that there are two major parts of a remodel. 1/ The process 2/ The outcome The process has to do with how the builder proceeds when there are problems, changes or timing issues. I've worked with remodelers before where this was THE headache, no matter what the end result was. In this case, Rob takes control and makes the 'process' almost enjoyable - even with the problems that are going to occur no matter what the project. The size of this was bound to turn up many, but they were taken care of in a way that kept me safe, secure and not the one who had to make things happen. Rob does that. Thanks! The outcome is exactly as we'd envisioned, but even better. With the process as smooth as possible, and the outcome fantastic - the two basics are rolled up into a nice neat package which is why I can only recommend Bly Bennett as my remodeler of choice in Indianapolis.

We had concerns about the ceiling in our front room that is below the master bath. That is why we went with this company. They have the integrity and accountability to deal with the complications that may happen. They did all three rooms at one time. They had vendors that they dealt with. Although the price was high, the work was beautiful. You get what you pay for.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the personnel and with the finished product. They paid fine attention to detail. Give him space to do his job.

It was absolutely beautiful and I was very pleased. They were very respectful, professional, and honest. They do specialize in older areas.

ROB BENNETT PROVIDED TERRIFIC ADVICE ON THE LAYOUT OF THE NEW ROOMS AS WELL AS OVERALL DESIGN. ROB AND HIS CREWS COMMENCED WORK AND COMPLETED EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE AND WITH NO OVERRUNS. THE WORKMANSHIP IN ALL ASPECTS HAS PROVEN TO BE EXCELLENT. ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAIL SHOWS THAT BLY BENNETT TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

STAYED ON BUDGET AND PROVIDED WRITTEN CHANGE ORDERS. DIDN'T MEET THE COMPLETION DATE (PARTLY DUE TO ADDITIONAL WORK) AND GAVE US A DISCOUNT. SENSITIVE TO MAINTAINING THE HISTORIC CHARACTER & APPEARANCE OF OUR HOME. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED TO NUMEROUS FRIENDS AND HAVE HIRED AGAIN.

BLY (ROB) BENNETT HELPED US FROM INCEPTION THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB. HE SUGGESTED THE KITCHEN DESIGNER(S) AND OTHERS FOR US TO WORK WITH TO GET "EXPERT" ADVICE ABOUT CABINETRY, DESIGN AND APPLIANCES. THE JOB BEGAN ON TIME AND THE ENTIRE JOB PROGRESSED WITHIN SCHEDULE, WITH ALL THE SUB CONTRACTORS BEING TERRIFIC AND SUPERVISED BY BENNETT OR HIS FOREMAN. THE WORKERS ALWAYS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TO BE DOING, ALL PERFORMED THEIR SPECIALTY AS ONE WOULD HOPE, AND THEY ALL WERE COURTEOUS, CLEAN AND CONSUMER ORIENTED (WHICH ISN'T THE NORM, IN MY EXPERIENCE). ANY PROBLEMS THAT AROSE BECAME "NO PROBLEM, WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT", AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW THINGS WENT. ONE CAN ALWAYS EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED IN REMODELING, AND BENNETT TOOK THEM ALL IN STRIDE AND NOT ONLY MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE, BUT TOOK CARE OF EACH PROBLEM AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN HOME. THE PROCESS WAS ONLY BESTED BY THE RESULTS. FANTASTIC, ALL THE WAY AROUND AND IT "WAS" A MAJOR JOB.

ROB BENNETT WAS THE BEST GENERAL CONTRACTOR THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH. OUR PROJECT WAS VERY COMPLICATED AND HE HANDLED IT EXTREMEMLY WELL. HE MANAGED THE BUDGET VERY CAREFULLY. I COULDN`T RECOMMEND HIM HIGHER. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS HIS TILE SUBCONTRACTER. ALL OF THE OTHER SUBS WERE EXCELLENT.

ROB WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. VERY RESPONSIVE, WORKED TO SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM TO OUR SATISFACTION. ALMOST ALL SUBS WERE TIMELY, FRIENDLY AND GOOD. ROB MAY NOT BE THE CHEAPEST, BUT SAVED US LOTS OF HEADACHES AND DOES NOT NICKEL AND DIME.

WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED VERY QUICKLY AND NICELY. LEVEL OF WORK IS CONSISTENT WITH MAIN FLOOR OF HOUSE MAKING BASEMENT NOT FEEL LIKE A BASEMENT AND MORE LIKE ANOTHER FINISHED LEVEL OF THE HOUSE. ALL WORK HAS BEEN ON SCHEDULE OR AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.
