They did a good job. One of the things they said is that I might need a certain part and they were going to order it to make sure that it was there if I needed it the next time. So I felt like they were thinking ahead and that was pretty good. It was done on time as well.

After searching for window coverings on my own for some time, I visited the showroom of Blinds and Shades, and was intrigued by their quality and variety of options. Doug came out to my home to measure and discuss options with me. He had some very good options for much less than I expected to pay from my past research, but very high quality. I have 2 small windows and one large triple window in that room, and wanted simple, but nice roman shades to add style to the room. Knowing that I was wanting to keep the budget down, he presented me with very reasonable options. He ordered samples of the material, then ordered the one that I chose, based on his measurements. The order took 3-4 weeks, but they were installed professionally, explained thoroughly, and they look great!
I also ordered honeycomb shades for several other rooms, and was able to get budget-level Hunter Douglas blinds for a very reasonable price, yet high quality and professionally installed. Doug was easy to talk to, very low-key, yet professional. He helped me choose wisely, keeping within my budget, yet getting quality that I am happy with. 
I will definitely visit Doug in the future if I need any window coverings for my house.

I went to their showroom and discussed options with the sales lady.  I chose a style and set an appointment for measurment.  I called before the date and said I changed my mind on the syle.  The gentleman arrived on time and had samples with him.  I choose another style, fabrick, type, and color.  He measured my windows and gave me a price.  I agreed and paid approximately 1/2 the price as a down payment.  I was repainting my rooms so when I was ready for installation I called and set an appoinment.  The installer came and installed the shade very quickly. I paid the remainder at the time.   I am very pleased with the results.  Everything was done efficiently, quickly, and professionally.  They really look great!

Doug Jones knew his products and was very knowledgeable about his business. He was punctual and professional throughout the process. He called me to let me know what was happening through the whole process. His installer, Greg, called to schedule the installation as soon as the treatments were delivered. He arrived at the scheduled time and installed "14" window treatments. He finished in half a day. He was very efficient and everything was perfectly installed.
All in all, the whole experience was great. I have no complaints. Both gentlemen were polite and professional.

Took a set of honeycomb blinds to this showroom/store and they repaired them for me.   They were friendly, professional, fair in price and prompt in completing the job.

We visited the showroom and asked for a blind that would provide insulation as well as privacy.  Mr. Jones suggested the honeycomb and showed us his sample book.  He could provide many different styles and types and prices of window coverings.  He brought his sample book to our house so we could select a color.  When he orders,  the materials come on Monday and I think it was the second Monday after we ordered that he called to make an appointment for installation.  We are very satisfied with our new blind and will probably order soon for other windows.  We found Mr. Jones to be pleasant and courteous to work with.

Serivce was prompt - from the initial phone call to when he stopped by to check out the problem.  He immediately diagnosed what was wrong and explained in detail the repair process, time frame, etc.  He took the broken part with him that day and returned with the repaired track system sooner than he'd originally estimated.  Reinstall was quick and professional, and he was friendly the entire time.  We're very happy.

They were very professional and timely. I think everybody would have charged the same. I would use them again.

The blind is back in new condition.

Doug Jones did a great job! He was running a little behind, but I understand it's a busy time of year. They shades were off within minutes and he quickly returned when requested to re-install the window treatments.

Overall, it was a good experience. I was scheduled promptly, Doug arrived on time, he was professional, and I thought the cost was reasonable. I would certainly use this company again.

I dropped off the broken mini-blinds around 11 on Wednesday and they were repaired and ready to go by 11 on Thursday. Very quick, very well done. It was nice to know they could be repaired and didn't need to be thrown away - I figured I'd never find new blinds in the right color that would match the other 3 older/slightly faded blinds in the same room.

He called when he was on his way, repaired my blind when no one else could and gave me information on how I could get a new piece for the top of it as with the age of this blind, the fix he did would eventually break again. He knows his product and is an excellent resource for window treatments and repair work.

They were prompt and professional and courteous and quick and prompt. The lady was very pleasant and it all worked out. They are very convenient.
