Great job/installation

So far so good. Installation will be this fall.

Great company - Jenny on phone is very pleasant and easy to work with - excellent installers/repair folks.  One of the best companies I've used - just easy and straightforward - no surprises.

It went very well.  They were very professional and went above and beyond what they originally contracted to do.

I didn't have a good experience. The emergency visit was pretty cool because they came right away.  We had a home invasion while we were on vacation and when we came home, our door was broken.  We had to buy a new door and he kept coming up with excuses for not coming.  He was just dropping off some stuff and it wasn't anything I wanted and had to go with somebody else.  They are not reliable.

Installed on time and at estimated cost.

It went well and we plan on using them again.

John was excellent in providing a written, documented estimate. Jenny at their office called and e-mailed when the window and doors arrived and scheduled the installation. All their staff are very professional and excellent. The prices for the replacement window and the quality with a high R value makes them a great choice.

Noticed a broken window in my home. I had to contact my window company (Lincoln) to find a local person to replace. Blair was the only local company that distributed Lincoln windows. Everything went perfectly. Nice and courteous phone person, arranged a time for someone to come out and measure and give estimate. They came when scheduled, told them to order the replacement, they told me exactly how much materials and labor would cost, and they told me how long it would be until the window would arrive. They called sooner than promised, we set up an installation date, they came on time, replaced the window and all is well. Very pleasant experience, no problems at all.

Rick Heldman, from Heldman Exteriors, strongly encouraged us to replace our rotted windows and doors with Lincoln brand from locally owned Blair Windows and Doors. Blair’s owner and Sales Representative, Dan came to the house to measure all of the window and door openings prior to ordering the replacements. The Nick Heldman was the Project Leader for the installation. Nick did an excellent job overseeing both the workers from the Blair and Heldman's companies. There was an issue with one set of doors. Because the replacement transoms over the doors were larger than originals, the doors were shortened to fit our opening. When we complained about the short doors, Blair Window Company accepted the responsibility and ordered replacement doors and found a solution to the transom problem. When the new doors arrived, the door received did not fit the frame. Once again Blair accepted responsibility and replaced the door with a higher priced security door. They were on site to measure and help install the windows with Heldman Exteriors. All of the Workers that were part of this job were courteous and professional.

They were prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful about being around my house or home. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. Their pricing is very competitive.

Great company to work with. We needed a round top front door. It took about 4 weeks to order it. Deposit of $500 was required. We paid the rest after they installed it. The guys showed up on time and it took them just a few hours to replace the old one and install the new one. Would recommend.

THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. WE HAD SOMEONE COME OUT TO WINTERIZE OUR HOUSE. HE STATED THAT 2 OF THE LARGE WINDOWS WE HAD REPLACED HAD ROTTED WINDOW SILLS. BASICALLY, WHAT THEY DID WAS REPLACE OUR WINDOWS ON TO ROTTEN SILLS AND I WOULD NOT CONSIDER THEIR ETHICS VERY GOOD.

THEY ARE DISTRIBUTORS FOR THE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED WINDOWS. WERE THE THIRD OWNER, BUT THE COMPANY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO OFFER THE MAXIMUM WARRANTY COVERAGE, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ORDERING PARTS AND WINDOWS TO SELF INSTALL. GREAT ATTITUDE.
