The provided light fixtures for our home renovation.  They did provide adequate fixtures and service initially but they failed to install the final 6-8 lighting fixtures despite us paying for them instead leaving temporary fixtures in place instead of the correct final fixtures. These fixtures have never been installed.  

Yvonne was so helpful selecting lighting for my whole house.  She goes the extra mile to find something perfect.  The installers did a great job hanging all of my lights. They were quick and polite.  Pleasure to do business with.

They came out and charged me $85 to replaced he part. They were here 7 minutes and my light was back on.

They were really good with us. We actually did buy the fans and light fixtures from them and some of them got back ordered, but they really worked with us. They had to come out twice. Once to install the fans and then to install the light fixtures, and they still only charged the $125 installation fee.

I love Bishop Lighting. I've been to other lighting stores where they half-heartedly push some catalogs at you to browse on your own. Bishop is not like that. First the salesperson asked us what we were looking for, then directed us to where to look in the showroom. After we had identified some we liked, but were not perfect, she could pull out catalogs and find more fixtures that were in the same style. We have been completely happy with the fixtures and the prices are hardly more than the big box stores where you get no help at all, and the fixtures are higher quality too.

I went for advice on purchasing 2 outdoor lights and 3 ceiling fans. Very professional with great ideas and they were helpful and friendly!

This company was recommended to us by several local people. Their showroom is small, but they do have quality lights and ceiling fans. Margaret was extremely helpful and pleasant. She arranged for two of their employees to hang a foyer light (18 foot high ceiling) within one week at a reasonable charge.

They had a good supply at a good price, and she was very helpful.

I actually found the fixture and ceiling medallion that I wanted at a local lighting store in the Greenwood area (where I live). Their price was considerable higher than Bishop Lighting's price (over $100.00 more). The local company would not meet Bishop Lightings price so I purchased from Bishops.

I WANTED TO SOMEWHAT MATCH IT TO THE EXISTING LIGHT ON MY HOUSE. JEFF BISHOP DROVE TO MY HOUSE TO HELP ME GET A LIGHT THAT WOULD MATCH, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

ABLE TO GET FIXTURES WE WERE LOOKING FOR AT LEAST $100.00 LESS THAN ANY WHERE ELSE. THEY EVEN GAVE THE LIGHT BULBS FREE.

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR LITTLE ITEMS LIKE DIMMERS

GAVE ME A RECOMMENDATION FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX MY CEILING FAN AS OPPOSED TO TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW ONE.

SHE IS VERY CREATIVE AND DOES A WONDERFUL JOB

WE TRIED TO BUY A LIGHT FIXTURE. THEY ORDERED IT BUT IT NEVER CAME IN. SHE WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT SELL FLOOR SAMPLES BUT WHEN SHE CALLED LATER ABOUT THE MISSING ORDER SHE WAS TOLD THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED THE FLOOR SAMPLE.
