 + -1 moreBrian let me shadow his inspection. He answered all my questions. He let me know what were serious problems and minor problems. He was able to point out several items that I was able to get the seller to fix before we closed on the house. I am so glad that I found him.
Description of Work: Brian inspected the home I was about to purchase. He got on the roof and under the crawl space. He pointed out many items that I didn't even notice. He emailed me the report the same evening he did the inspection. It was detailed with pictures, but had an easy to read summary page.
