Lawn Tool Repair
Very dishonest. Mr. Osborne picked up the mower and informed me that the ignition coil was bad. He said it cost $120, but he would only charge me half the price and no labor since my parents did not have it long. I called John Deere to get a price of a new ignition coil and they informed me it only cost $46. I informed Mr. Osborne of this and he claims John Deere must have overcharged him. He still charged me $23, half the price of the coil, but the mower still does not run right and now I will be taking it to a John Deere service center to get it repaired and to see if he even replaced the coil. This man is a retired school teacher and I can't believe he would take advantage of elderly people like this.
