I am a one owner I have sixteen years of experiences with homes and business. I have a part-timer if needed. I love cleaning homes so I thought I would put it to use. I love the fact that I don't have three and four or more people in a home at a time. I believe that unless needed, why should you have so many people in your home? You will always know who is coming to cleaning home to me that's a big plus. I don't charge by the hour so you know the fee stays the same all the time unless you would like to add something extra. I've work for other companies and even when we were done our boss would still have us stay for the hours that you pay. I believe if the work is done then why are you paying for three or four people to act like they are not done. That is not good! Call today for your Angie's list price. So remember, if the price is bottom dollar or "too good to be true," it most likely isn't true or good for you. If you hire an independent cleaner for $10-12 per hour, chances are very good that the proper taxes may not be paid and the proper insurances are not carried. These things cost reputable companies and that is why they charge more. Don't fall into bargain shopping on this one - it's not worth it. Move ins, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning.
