After we called they came out to give us an estimate within 24 hours. They showed us the samples of fabrics that would work for us and provided us with extensive information about all of our options. This was very useful to us as we wanted something that was not only very good looking but very durable. The fabric we chose was then ordered and within 1 week they called to request a date and time that would be convenient for them to complete the installation. They showed up at the exact time and began their work. Although we had requested a late time of 5:00 PM they still completed all of the installation that evening. Finished by 7:00 PM. Perfect installation. The fabric they put up was without any wrinkles or flaws. It is absolutely beautiful. So much better than what was there before although we had previously used the premiere awning people in Indianapolis. We would contract to use this team again without any question. They are professional, technically expert and very friendly. Our patio was spotless when they left. You couldn't even tell they had been there except when we looked up and saw our beautiful new awning. Thank you to the Betz Brothers. We highly recommend them to you.
