BEST FENCE CO INC

We wanted a pergola and called two companies who came to give us an estimate, but we only heard back from one (several weeks later). We made a call to Best Fence who came the same afternoon, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work for the following week. It took two days to complete the work.

The price was great, the fence looks great and the quality is great. The sales person responsive was a little slow. The clean up after the job was not that good. The workers left my driveway a mess, and they parked on my grass! They broke a couple of lines from my irrigation system, but they paid for it.

Quick to come out and install. Had some great ideas for the gate and future projects. Best price out of 5 estimates.

Prompt call back on original call; showed up when promised; best estimate for work by 20% lower than any other quote; billed as quoted. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, skilled at what they do.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, ON TIME AND FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE. PART OF THE INSTALLATION WAS THROUGH A WOODED SLOPING AREA AND THEY MANAGED IT WELL. OVERALL, WERE VERY PLEASED.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL INSTALLATION OF FENCING. I DID HAVE TO CALL FOR A FOLLOW UP AS ONE OF THE POSTS WAS NOT LEVEL.

THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY FROM THE PRICING PROCESS TO THE INSTALLATION. THEY REMOVED THE OLD FENCE BY PULLING THE POSTS. OTHER BIDS WOULD ONLY CUT OFF THE POSTS AND LEAVE THEM IN THE GROUND. THEIR WORK IS PERFECT. THEY CLEAN UP EVERY DAY AND THE CREW DOES NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE. THEY WERE SHORT A LATCH UPON COMPLETION, BUT THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY - A FRIDAY EVENING - TO INSTALL THE MISSNG LATCH. THE GUYS WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A POST. THEY REMOVED THE POST AND REPOSITIONED IT. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO THIS, THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN. IT WAS ABOUT 8:45 IN THE EVENING WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A VINYL FENCE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH BEST. CATHY TAYLOR IS GOOD TO WORK WITH.

THE FIRST DAY ON THE JOB, THEY CUT OUR GAS LINE--NOT A GOOD SIGN.
