Alex was very professional with us throughout the whole experience. Before performing the appraisal, he did some initial legwork to check out the property size and more with the assessor's office in Hendricks County. He contacted the seller and set up an appointment. Throughout the experience, he gave us warning signs about the price we agreed on was too much but, I told him to go ahead and appraise it for what he thought a buyer would pay for the residence. Alex was good, he gave us some good comparables and showed us that the property was way overpriced, which we knew but, were being convinced by the seller's it was worth more. Thus, he saved us a lot of headache and time. The only negative part of the experience was that it took a good 6-7 days to get the appraisal back after the visit to the property was performed. Other than that, I'm pretty pleased with the work.

SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL--SHE SHOWED UP WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. WE GOT OUR APPRAISAL BACK BEFORE IT WAS DUE.
