He was always on-time, he keeps current, he actually had a new technique when he came up this last time. He can repair as he tunes. He brings with him what he needs just to make minor repairs.

He has tuned my piano before and always does a fine job.

Ron arrived only 20 minutes late, which we didn't mind because he started right away and was such a fabulous tuner. Ron was entirely professional, courteous, presentable and friendly, and is exceptionally well experienced and highly knowledgeable. We had picked up a good deal on a friend's used piano she had not been tuned for years. It was badly out of tune. As is typical in such cases, the pitch had to be raised back to the A440 standard. Ron spent an hour and a half going over and over it until it was just right and made beautiful music. Yet he still just charged the flat rate and $50 for the pitch raise. Ronald is a Registered Piano Technician (see www.ptg.org). We also really liked that he is an ideal combination of classic piano tuner (having been doing it for over 35 years), yet is highly technical and up-to-date. We could hardly believe how wonderfully it turned out, after only 1 tuning! We are thrilled with the service and will definitely use him from now on.

He arrived exactly on time and was able to schedule a late afternoon appointment within a week or two of my first calling. He also gave me suggestions for piano teachers in the area.

Outstanding. Ron came to the house, spent 2 hours working the piano (a 1970's Yamaha), while the piano was in generally good shape, it had been moved in the last year and not tuned. Ron also came back a week later to tweak the F below middle C for me (where the strings change). He was gracious and personable.

He did fine, the piano is old and doesn't hold its tune very long.

Ron spent a good hour making sure that our piano sounded great again.

The man was very kind. We have children, and he did not mind that they watched him.

He came right on time, went right to work, and did an excellent job.

I bought a Baldwin Acrosonic for $75, made in 1943. It is now very playable, not perfect because of its neglect, but a six-month re-tune will help. I agree completely. He brought it up to enjoyment level and for that, I am most pleased and grateful.

Ron Berry was about 15 minutes late, which was okay with me. He did a great job at tuning our piano which hadn't been tuned for several years (we recently inherited it). He explained why certain keys are more apt to get out of tune quickly. He did a fine job and spent about 1 hour tuning. He charged me more than I had expected, from my talk with Angie's list. I didn't think to ask him if his prices had gone up, or tell him what I had been told by Angie's list.

VERY PLEASED. BERRY CAME ON TIME, IN FACT 5 MINUTES EARLY. WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

He was on time and got right to work. Also, he was easy to reach and to schedule the tuning with. Angie's List website had said he charged $85 but the rate seems to have gone up.

ARRIVED ON TIME. TUNED PIANO THAT HAD NOT BEEN TUNED IN 3-4 YEARS. POINTED OUT POTENTIAL PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.

PIANO WAS TUNED, QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HE ALSO ASSESSED SOME DAMAGE TO THE PIANO AND GAVE ME HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION OF HOW TO ADDRESS IT.

HE WAS A HALF HOUR LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I CASUALLY ASKED HIM WHY HE WAS LATE AND HE RESPONDED "WELL, FOR BEING A SERVICE PERSON I THINK IM DOING FINE." I HADNT IDENTIFIED MYSELF AS AN ANGIES LIST MEMBER, AND HE DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR WASTING A PORTION OF MY DAY. HE SEEMED IN A RUSH AND WASNT VERY COURTEOUS. HE WAS ALSO VERY POMPOUS.
