The house was on the market for a long time and the agent, John Peoni, was asked to select new pictures and reload them, repeatedly. He kept saying "I can do whatever you want" but never followed up. He was negative and placed blame on us for the house not selling (for no good reason).
He eventually refused to respond to emails, calls and texts, always saying that he was too busy later when he finally did respond, days later usually.
We asked to be able to be released from our agreement with him because the house had not sold and he was so difficult to work with.
He and his managing broker refused and demanded we pay them a very large sum of money. Any reasonable realtor would never force a client to work with him, according to every other realtor we have spoken with. This was such an unpleasant experience for us. We would not recommend this agency at all.
