I ordered the arrangement in the morning & picked it up in the afternoon. I just told them what colors I wanted in the arrangement, but didn't specify which flowers. The arrangement was beautiful, and I was very pleased. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We've spent well over $8000.00 during the past 10 years with this company. The company should definitely have a chance to respond, or should provide one if already given, for the negative remarks made previously, thus giving them an F on the scorecard. We've had flowers delivered all over the Indy metro area and all over the country and not once has there ever been an issue. Call Ms. Pat on the westside and ask her to send an arrangement and it's done, period. They are excellent in the quality and professionalism every time we've called them (and that's a lot) for 10 years running. And by the way, Every single arrangement we've ordered from them has been beautiful.

FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED. COMPANY CLAIMS THEY MADE ONE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE MEMBER BUT SHE DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM. MEMBER ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD SHE COULD HAVE ONE. THREE DAYS LATER THE OWNER CALLED AND SAID THE FLOWERS WERE DELIEVERED SO THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND. MEMBER ASKED FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY BUT THE COMPANY COULDNT PROVIDE ONE. MEMBER HAD TO INSIST ON A REFUND. MEMBER CANNOT REPORT ON THE QUALITY OF THE FLOWERS SINCE NO ONE SHE KNOWS EVER SAW THEM.
