HE WAS GREAT. HE ASKED THAT I BE THERE WHILE HE INSPECTED THE HOME SO THAT HE COULD POINT THINGS OUT TO ME AND EXPLAIN ANYTHING I DIDNT UNDERSTAND. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND INFORMATIVE AND ALSO A VERY NICE PERSON. HE REALLY MADE EXTRA EFFORT SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. HE IS WONDERFUL!
