The day the work was completed, Phil climbed up on the roof himself numerous times to be sure his crew was doing a good job. Phil went the extra mile and painted the roof flashing to match the roof color. It looked great and the painting of the flashing was done at no charge. Phil said he did it to ensure a good job. He carefully watched his crew clean up the yard from the roofing debris and then went back over the yard himself. We will definitely use Phil in the future. He also pointed out to us that we should keep a close eye on the gutters. We asked how much to do the gutters. Phil did give us a price, however he went on to explain we probably have a couple of years before we have to change the gutters. He recognized that we had just spent a chunk of money and told us to recover from that and call him when we were ready. We really appreciated his honesty! Phil did not take the easy way out by telling us what we wanted to hear. He was honest and hard working. We recommend him without reservation.

Went very well. Phillip was thorough and worked well with our insurance adjuster. Very knowledgeable. His crew was prompt, worked hard and did an excellent clean up. Phillip checked on the progress often and did final check when job was completed.

Wow, two houses, one garage, one shed, one day!
I have waited a few years for this review because I wanted to see how the roof stood up over time.  Even a poor roof job can look good right afterward.
Well, I have two houses next to each other, both needed roofs.  One was a complete redeck as well, the other needed several 4x8 sheets in various places.
The supplies were delivered the day before as promised.  The crew arrived early in the morning, complete with native English-speaking supervisor.  They completely stripped the old roofs, redecked as needed, papered, and shingled.  Near the end of the day they were cleaning.
I had several non-roof related details they needed to accommodate for later:  new chimney, new electric service pole, dryer vent, soffits and gutter boards.  They had explicit instructions as to how to roof around these areas properly for the next worker to finish those areas.  Each of these items was done as instructed, and the following workers had no issues with ?what the roofers did?.
The cleanup was excellent and better than I had thought.  Perfect?  No, but I don?t want to pay roofer wages to clean every last detail.
Coming up on six years now, no issues at all.  Rain, hail, wind, no problems.  The neighbor had a new roof a couple of years ago, and he now has shingles missing.
The only reason I put 'B' (good) for price is because they were recommended to me so I did not shop around.  Based on my knowledge of roofing, $10k for two houses was ok by me.

They did a great deal of work trying to make our insurance company happy and that everything matched. They negotiated and made sure that everyone was happy with the outcome. We hired an independent inspection agent from Angie's List and they let us know that they did an awesome job on the roof. Their customer service does lack a little. They had at least two months advanced notice for the siding, the week before we were told by two separate people that they would be out to start the job, and they were not ready on that Monday. My husband and I had both taken off work for that. The salesman and another guy showed up early afternoon, but we lost a day where we could have been doing something else.

THEY WERE CALLED OUT ON AN INSURANCE CLAIM (HAIL). PHIL BEESON WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, AND ON BUDGET. HIS CREW CLEANED UP THEIR MESS (ROOFING CREATES QUITE A MESS) WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

ALTHOUGH IT WAS FOUND NOT TO BE A ROOF PROBLEM, PHIL WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME DEAL WITH THE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM AND PROVIDED CONTINUING ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE AND REMEDY (CONDENSATION COMING FROM A FLOODED CRAWL). HE USES HIS CELL PHONE A LOT AND IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. INSISTED I JOIN ANGIE'S LIST!
