Rich Beecher worked with us to develop a detailed estimate before we signed a contract. The work began the day after Labor Day, 2007. During the next 6 weeks, Rich and his team did an excellent job with the room addition. He is an excellent communicator and worked hard to make sure I understood what to expect and called me to make decisions along the way. As the work proceeded, we changed several details from our original plan that added work. Rich was very easy to work with. We had my dad do some of the painting and staining, and Rich was flexible to let us do any part of the work ourselves. When we had minor problems with the gutter installation and carpet, Rich helped us resolve them quickly. We highly recommend Beecher Designer Homes LLC. A neighbor saw the work and is currently (2 Feb 2008) having Beecher Designer Homes add a room to their house.
