Description of Work: Beecher Designer Homes designed and built our custom home. We were debating on building but than walked through this spec home. It was beautiful! No detail or expense was left out. We couldn't have designed or selected items for this house better ourselves. However, with all this detail, we still saved money because of all the work Beecher Designer Homes does themselves versus subcontracting out. On top of all this, they have given us great service with any small issues or questions we have had. They are very prompt and stand up for every detail of their warranty. We couldn't get this kind of service from the big, impersonal builders. I would recommend Beecher Designer Homes to build your custom home or any remodeling project as well.

+ 7 moreRich Beecher worked with us to develop a detailed estimate before we signed a contract. The work began the day after Labor Day, 2007. During the next 6 weeks, Rich and his team did an excellent job with the room addition. He is an excellent communicator and worked hard to make sure I understood what to expect and called me to make decisions along the way. As the work proceeded, we changed several details from our original plan that added work. Rich was very easy to work with. We had my dad do some of the painting and staining, and Rich was flexible to let us do any part of the work ourselves. When we had minor problems with the gutter installation and carpet, Rich helped us resolve them quickly. We highly recommend Beecher Designer Homes LLC. A neighbor saw the work and is currently (2 Feb 2008) having Beecher Designer Homes add a room to their house.
Description of Work: Beecher Designer Homes added a bedroom to our house. We have a 2-story house with a vaulted ceiling over the great room. This company added a bedroom to the 2nd floor over the dining room half of the great room. They did an excellent job matching the siding, roofing, interior trim, baseboards, doors, light fixtures, and windows. When it was done, it looked as though the house were designed this way from the beginning.
