Becht Pride Carpet and Commercial Cleaning

We had a set time and they came an hour early. Which would normally be good but I work. The carpets were left kinda wet. I know they are a little wet but they were left like soaking wet. I live in a second story condo. I don't know if they did not have the machinery to do it but it seems like they were doing it with hot water. I have had better carpet service. They don't listen so they just left the end table and did not move it. I can understand not moving the couch but an end table. It was deal I got on Angie's List. I think that is why the deal was so good. I think that is why I selected them.

On time, got to work quickly, quality service. Would recommend.

They're the only people I use to clean carpets. I used them on my own and other properties a well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were very professional and polite. Called about 40 minutes before arriving. Prompt response to website inquiry and worked with me to get the best deal based on our needs. A few kid/pet stains were not possible to get out of carpet, but look much better than before they started. Got the urine smell out of the chair, which I already tried unsuccessfully to do on my own with a SpotBot.

We bought a deal on Angie's List from Simply Clean. They did a great job cleaning the carpeting in our full finshed basement and the staircase. At first, I thought the carpeting seemed wetter than with other cleaning companies we've used, but it dried in the normal amount of time.

Carpets look great! Booked their 4 room special and added another room for a nominal charge. Professional, responsive and timely.

Great! They were on time, professional, explained everything very well, were able to get out stains, and even put out fans to help things dry faster. Everything turned out beautiful.

They were okay yeah. I would say that it's fine.

It was okay. They had to come back the second time. They did correct the problem. People were nice. I had them do extra work besides that too. I think the problem was their machine had malfunctioned so they had to come back and do the job over again. They came back and made the corrections so I don't have any complaints there. Price was fair. Their punctuality was great.

They didn't wear their booties and left shoeprints on the carpet. They came back and cleaned all the footprints and were very apologetic. The same people came back out to fix it.

My husband was home at the time the service was provided. We have high traffic area that I felt was not cleaned well. My husband asked them about it and was told that the carpet was clean it was just the carpet was worn out in that area and that's why it looked like that. We had another cleaner come out and the area looks much better. I also thought the price was a little high compared to others I found. I was hoping that meant higher quality, but that was not the case this time.

.They do a fantastic job. Very reasonable. I'm not related to them in any way shape or form. I started using them about three years ago.They do a real good job. When they leave everything is perfect, They put corner guards on everything they do such a nice job.

They did an excellent job, especially the stair! The cleaned the stairs 3x's with hand scrubbing and washed with the machine. They were very polite and friendly and did not give me any hassle. I would recommend them to everyone.

The work was done promptly and thoroughly. The workers were polite and cooperative. They brought in fans to help speed the drying since it was a very humid day and this was the basement.

They did a fantastic job! There were many stains that needed to be taken out of the carpet, and they got them all out. I was very pleased with their work.
