I first spoke with Tony and wanted to set up an appointment for Thanksgiving week.  He was great to talk with, and set up a time for the Monday before Thanksgiving.  Michael arrived on time, was friendly and professional.  He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms, plus a stairway.  There had been several dark greasy stains that had been tracked in from outside, and he expertly removed them all.  I couldn't be happier with the work that he did!  I would highly recommend Simply Clean to anyone who wants their carpets to look like new again!

Tony was very professional and prompt in arriving.  All the carpets were completely cleaned and stains removed from a 10 year old couch and loveseat.  Was careful with our home's furnishings.  We were very pleased and will use in the future.  

I called Tony Garcia of Simply Clean Inc. for a Tuesday the 6th 1:30 appointment. On Tuesday Mike Morgan called about 12:30 to let me know he would be on time and I told him was home and ready when ever he was able to get here. Mike arrived at 1:20 and after instructions of area to be cleaned he proceed to vacuum, wipe the baseboards, and clean the carpet. I did add another room to the original deal which cost $20.00. He left by the estimated time of 3:30. Mike was very polite, professional, and thorough. I was satisfied with the price and would recommend Simply Clean to others.

Tony's guys did a great job, actually called to say they could be there earlier than scheduled worked out perfect.  Highly reccomended.

My dog had an accident on our area rug. I called Simply Clean in a bit of a panic, concerned that the rug would be stained and/or stink forever. Tony assured me that we had time . I believe I called on a Friday and he came on Monday. Tony and one other man came and took the rug into the garage to clean it there....to keep water off of the hard wood floors. They removed most of the water. The rug was just slightly damp when they brought it back inside. They did the same with the rug pad. They placed the pad and rug where I indicated and moved all of the furniture back to its original spot. They were very patient as I had them get the furniture exactly where I wanted it.

Absolutely AMAZING!  This is the second time I used them and I was once again blown away!  I hired Tony's company prior to clean the carpeting in the house I was selling.  They did such a great job I hired them to clean all of the carpeting in the house I bought.  The carpeting in the house was fairly new, but was really dirty, and I was concerned how much they could get out.  They once again arrived on time, remembered me by name, and got right to work.
But here is where you will see how these guys go above and beyond.  The old guy who I bought the house from still had stuff in the house.  I was really upset because they were supposed to be completely out.  His closet was still completely full of clothes.  I started helping him get his stuff out so that he would not impede the carpet cleaners.  One of the carpet cleaning guys immediately offered to help me move his stuff out.  How is that for service????
I completely trust them, so I left them a check BEFORE they started the work because I had to leave.  When I returned they had already completed the cleaning and I couldn't believe my eyes.  It looked as if I had had new carpeting installed.  The carpet looked awesome.  I actually said "wow" out loud standing there by myself.
Tony and his guys offer an amazing service and their work is beyond amazing.  I will NEVER use anyone else.

The crew arrived right on time and proceeded to examine the traffic areas I needed to be deep cleaned. We had many special spots that our previous sick dog had soiled throughout the areas to be cleaned. The crew showed me, with their special "detection light", which spots needed special additives to pre-treat these areas to remove the odor so when we got another dog, the smells would not linger for the new pet to "discover" for her own use! The team worked quickly and the carpets looked and smelled fresh! I will use Simply Clean again in the future!

Tony is awesome - very friendly and great to deal with.  I was getting ready to sell my house and wanted the main carpeting and tile to look good for showings.  His guys arrived on time and were very professional and polite.  They got to work right away and did a great job.  The carpeting looked great as did the tile and grout in the entryway.  The entryway floor looked brand new after they had finished. I've just booked with them again to clean all carpeting throughout my new house before move in.  I would HIGHLY recommend them for your carpet cleaning.  Awesome company!

I had the best experience with Simply Clean Carpet Cleaning Company.  I called the company to schedule carpet cleaning and Tony the Owner was very helpful in accommodating my schedule.  Tony called before they were coming and they were right on time.  They measured the areas that were be cleaned and gave me the price including the 20% discount and then they went to work.  They cleaned my ceiling fans and baseboards as part of their service which impressed me tremendously.

We had an incontinent pet that recently passed away.  Pet urine odor had saturated two rugs and a seat cushion of an upholstered chair.  The items had already been cleaned by two prior carpet cleaning companies in order to remove the odor without success.  This was our third and final attempt at trying to save these rugs and chair cushion.

When I asked Tony out for a quote, I explained the situation and our frustration with the prior cleaning methods used by the prior two companies that did not correct the problem.  I explained my desire to have the urine REMOVED from the rugs, instead of any further deodorizer being added to mask the pet smell.  He explained that instead of cleaning the rugs in-situ (remain sitting on the hardwood floor) which only truly cleans the top surface of the rug, the rugs would be removed to our garage, where they would be soaked on a tarp and cleaned on BOTH sides, since the urine had saturated the rugs all the way through.  Tony offered that if I was not satisfied with the odor removal, he would not charge me for the work.

We discussed the chair cushion and that the current deodorizer smell was almost as offensive as the pet odor, due to the overwhelming amount used previously.  I just wanted it neutralized.  Tony felt this could be done with a thorough cleaning.  If unsuccessful, I would need to replace the cushion, but he felt it was worth a try.

The work was scheduled and technicians Tony & Andy showed up very promptly and introduced themselves.  They were friendly and professional.  They very quickly set-up their work area in my garage and got to work on the rugs.  Tony had me smell the scents he would use on the seat cushion to get my approval before proceeding.

They were finished in about 2.5 hours and reassembled my room with both rugs and seat cushion.  After completely drying, the pet odor seems to be completely removed from the rugs and the seat cushion no longer smells like pet or heavy deodorizer.  I am very pleased with the results.

A few weeks after the job, a residual "spot" where a minor product spill had occurred on the driveway remained.  After Mother Nature had not washed it away, I called Tony Garcia and asked him about it.  The same day as the call, he drove right over, apologized for the apparent spill and removed the spot from the concrete.  His customer service is excellent.

I love them.  They're phenomenal.  They do an amazing job.  Their professionalism was above and beyond any company I used in the past.  Their attention to detail was unsurpassed.

He came on time and he was professional and friendly. He cleaned parts of the carpet that other cleaners have left soiled. I asked if he offered a senior discount and he gave me a 10% discount. The total was $80 for 300 Sq feet. After he left I jumped in the car and I found that he had shoveled snow off the half of the driveway so that his hose would not bring snow into the house. He also leaves you with a brochure with simple steps to keep your carpet at its best. Along with a list of types of stains and what to use on them.

Called to get our carpet cleaned from the reviews on Angie's List and because it was a local company.  The call back and estimate were timely and reasonable.  They arrived a little late, but that was fine as they did call to tell us..  No problem.  Both of the men, Tony and Andy,  were pleasant, professional and did a good job.  The price was fair for the work performed.  I would use them again and would highly recommend Simply Clean to anyone.  No Halloween surprises with this company!!!

We hired Simply Clean to clean our large cream color area rug, couch, and recliner.  We couldn't be happier with our experience!  Tony the owner is a very nice guy and total professional.  Their response time to doing the work was great and he made a point to come out and check out the rug and couch to see what they were made of to make sure he brought the right equipment.  The people who came out to the house to do the work were great.  My wife got a real kick out of them.  The finished product is perfect - our rug and furniture look brand new!  We were also quite pleased with the overall price for the work - the Angie's List discount is really nice!

Tony, the owner, came out and did an estimate for our entire upstairs carpets and a downstairs office.  The guys who then came to actually clean the carpet were highly professional and did a fantastic job.  They got up pet stains, and plant stains that we thought were permanent. They did a wonderful job!!
