Becht Pride Carpet and Commercial Cleaning

Everything went very well, and I continue to use the company to this day.  They had an excellent price, and they did a great job with the carpet.  Additionally, the cleaner showed on time and acted courteously.

As always, placing the request with the owner, Tony was a breeze.  Though I had not used his service in over two years, he remembered me and quickly pulled up my room measurements so that he could quote me an accurate price.  He extended a "welcome back" discount as well as an Angie's List discount.The next week his two guys showed up exactly on time and were both wearing matching company shirts which made them look very professional.  I showed them what I needed cleaned and the set to work immediately and professionally. They did a great job as they had done the the last time I used them.

In order to give an accurate review however, they were not able to get up a spot in one area and stated that they would need special chemicals.  I did not pursue that because I am planning to replace that room's carpeting with hardwood in the future.  So I let that go.  Overall, they were professional, courteous, and on-time.  And in this day and age of bad service, it is refreshing to experience this level of customer service.

They did a great job and they didn't try to upsell and they were fair with their pricing. They are very professional.

I called Tony on a Friday afternoon and asked him if he could possibly fit me into his schedule within the next week and he was able to make it happen for us. From the get go his communication was fantastic, he even noted the area nearby where their first job of the day was, estimated his time of arrival and let me know he would call when they were 30 minutes out to confirm. The technician, Mike, arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the day of service, our carpets look and smell fantastic and you couldn't ask for friendlier and more professional service.

Simply Clean was Simply Great!  They showed up on time, were extremely professional, explained the process to me and most importantly did a great job.  My carpet was approximately five years old and had a lot of wear and tare on it and quite frankly it just looked bad.  I had at one point looked at replacing it with something new, that's how bad it looked.  I figured I would give Simply Clean a shot and I am sure glad I did.  My carpets look like they are brand new.  I am so pleased with the work that they did that I am going to recommend Simply Clean to all my friends and family.   I have two more rooms that I am going to use them for as well.  If you are looking for a company who is professional, friendly, punctual and will do a great job, there is no reason to look any further.  Simply Clean will simply exceede all of you expectations!

We had some negative experiences with former cleaning services. Tony, the owner of Simply Clean, listened carefully to our expectations in cleaning our office.  He understood our concerns and wrote up a very satisfactory agreement, taking into consideration our "list of requirements." 















He did not lock us into a year contract with loopholes to keep us stuck in a bad situation.  He kept things simple, as the name implies. 















Richard, his operations manager, contacted us each week after the first few cleanings, to make sure we were not only satisfied, but happy with the work.  In the beginning there was one issue, and he came in the next day to rectify it. 















They have assured us we will have 2 people trained to specifically to clean our office the way we want, one to do the weekly cleaning and one as back-up, providing more accountability and opportunity to develop a routine so everything gets done.















The company is small enough to be very attentive to clients, yet large enough to have the best equipment.















I have used Simply Clean in my home and now in our office, and if I could give A++, I certainly would.



6 Months Later:

We are consistently happy with the work of Simply Clean, Inc.  We have found that normally after the "honeymoon" stage, that companies slack off in their service.  Not so with Simply Clean.  They continue to provide great service in our weekly office cleaning.  If there is ever an issue, like something  was missed, they come by before the next cleaning to catch it and from then on, that particular task is done regularly.  (Frankly, this has only happened once :)

Recently we asked for a quote to clean all the upholstered office chairs.  Richard cam out, counted and looked at all the chairs and that afternoon Tony provided us with a fair quote.  They cleaned all the chairs. When we looked at them afterward, we were very happy.  It's amazing how much deep down dirt and dust there must have been for them to now look so brand new.

One more comment - with janitorial companies in the past, I've always had to leave a message with a secretary if I had a concern.  Not so with Simply Clean.  I have the phone numbers of Tony and Richard and can contact them directly, any time I want.  They really do care about the relationship, as well as providing top-notch work.

Again, 6 months later, I would give them an A+++ if I could.

The provider was very professional, arriving on time, and making sure the carpet was extra clean before he left.

He was punctual and very professional.  This was the first time that I actually felt like someone used a good cleaning agent.  The cleaner odor was strong, but it made the house smell like the carpets had been thoroughly cleaned.

Friendly, professional.  Any concerns were dealt with immediately.  Have used them twice for grout cleaning.

Tony was very responsive to the emails I sent before the service date.  Mike did a great job cleaning, very thorough, explained everything well.  Would definitely use again.

The carpet cleaning went well.  The service technician Mike was very courteous, professional friendly and attentive.  Upon his suggestion he moved several pieces of furniture to ensure areas stained be cleaned more thoroughly.  The carpet cleaning fluid extraction process was very thorough  as residual moisture on the carpet was very minimal by the end of the day. There were a number of pet stains and most were removed through the cleaning process, however a couple significantly stained areas remained.  In summary we felt he did a good job.

Tony's team has cleaned our carpet at our offices at work and does an amazing job.  He is very fairly priced and easy to work with.

Mike arrived on time, was very courteous and went from room to room to examine any special issues prior to cleaning.
What I like about Simply Clean is that they do a complete vacuuming prior to the cleaning and they do not soak the carpeting so that they are dry in a few hours.

It went just fine. I happened to have an Angie's List special which helped with the price which was good and all the work got done.

The services was the best I have ever had when it comes to carpet cleaning.
Our wonderful black lab had terrible stomach problems and made a mess on our new living room
carpet.  I thought for sure we would be staring at those stains forever.  Fortunately,  Simply Clean came in
evaluated the stains then proceeded to completely remove them.  The company cleaned three rooms and did not charge me anymore then the original quote; this was the first time I did not end up paying more for carpet cleaning.  Now that the holidays are over, I am calling to have Simply Clean  clean my entire home.

HE TOLD ME THE SPOTS ON MY CARPET SHOULD NOT COME BACK AND SO FAR THEY HAVEN'T.

We called Simply Clean because they were close to our home. The owner was extremely up front with me on the phone that he wasn't sure if he could get the stain out, but he'd try. He did an awesome job of removing the stain and even took on the job while in the middle of moving his business into a new space.

Excellent work.  Charged an additional $40 for treating an area of carpet soiled by cat urine.  I knew based on a phone conversation that there would be an extra charge for that treatment.
