I purchased deal on Angie's list and then added a few more rooms at a discounted price.  I was contacted quickly by the owner and set up an appointment the following week.  The cleaning technicians were a little behind schedule that day but not too bad.  They were very friendly and thorough with the cleaning.  They were careful not to damage my wood floors.  The carpets looked great afterwards.  I will have them back to do the basement when we finish some remodeling.

Professional Person took  his time.  He was interested in doing a good job not rushing to the next work assignment.  This is the third time that I have used the company.  I will continue to select them as my vendor to do carpet cleaning.

Arrived promptly as schedulted.  2 professionals worked efficiently.  Very efficient and friendly.  Offered additional services but were not pushy.  Gave clear instructions afterwards and expectations of some permanent spots.  Will use them again!

They were very professional. There was some kind of miscommunication on the time because the morning they were supposed to show, they did not.  However they made sometime that afternoon and it worked out ok.  It was a good price and the quality was ok. They Were prompt they cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied.

I have to say, hands down, this company is the company to work with. I was tired of being nickled and dimed for every little thing. I worked with Rich and Tony and couldn't have been happier. They did not charge me for every minute detail, like getting gum up or focusing on a pet accident. Seriously, I am happy as a clam. I will be referring Simply Clean to everyone I know! 

Also, I had them clean our rental, again, home run there too.

Richard and his assistant did a fabulous job. The carpet wasn't very old but it had gum on it and we were prepping the house to be rented. They did a thorough job and were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services.
